Auch wenn heute in USA ein wenig der Kurs nachgibt, lohnt es sich einzusteigen... Die Kurstendenz zeigt klar nach oben!!

Wie hoch war den der Kurs vorher???

ist die ganze Zeit bei etwa 0,0007 - 0,0008 sowas gelegen bist vor etwa einer Woche... Also ganz klarer Ausbruch nach oben... Da ist noch viel dirn nach oben!

Im Moment ist der Kurs zum Einsteigen nur sehr günstig... Aber bald wird es anders aussehen!

Der Chart hat die letzten 2 Tage bißchen gelitten, aber nach der alten Zockerregel geht's einen Tag hoch und 3 Tage runter. Heute ist hoch dran!

"We are pleased to have reached a quorum at the special meeting, and that our shareholders have approved the proposal to withdraw S3's election to be regulated as a business development company," commented Jim Bickel, chief executive officer of S3. "Even as we were focused on the process of gaining shareholder approval of this proposal, S3 management has continued to devote considerable attention to the growth of our SINO UJE and Redwood Capital subsidiaries. Now that our BDC withdrawal is complete, and we have a structure that our Board of Directors believes is more suitable for the future success of the company, shareholders should begin to get a better sense of the true value and tremendous potential of S3 and its subsidiaries."

After the approval of the proposal was achieved, Mr. Bickel addressed the shareholders present at the meeting and provided an update on a number issues related to S3, SINO UJE and Redwood Capital. Included in the information discussed was that both Redwood and SINO UJE remain active and expect continued growth throughout 2006.

SINO UJE orders, which are estimated to average in the range of $30,000 to $50,000 per order, are strong thus far, and if they continue throughout the year, SINO UJE will exceed any previous year's revenue numbers. Current suppliers, such as Ulrich, which is expected to represent over 50% of all SINO UJE sales this year, are submitting orders on a regular basis. New suppliers, including Abaxis, Inc., a publicly traded company that develops, manufactures and markets portable blood analysis systems for use in patient-care setting to provide clinicians with rapid blood constituent measurements, are expected to increase the rate of orders as their products gain regulatory approval in China and are added to the SINO UJE distribution network.

Redwood Capital currently has 6 client companies in its pipeline and expects to have one new company under contract by the end of this month. A minimum of three new client companies are expected to be under contract by the end of the 2006 calendar year.

Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders, Financial Statem



ITEM 3.03 MATERIAL MODIFICATIONS TO RIGHTS OF SECURITY HOLDERS
On May 16, 2006, the Board of Directors approved the designation of one million shares (1,000,000) of Series C Preferred Stock, with each share of Series C being entitled to the voting equivalent of 1,000 shares of common stock. The Board of Directors subsequently authorized the issuance of one million (1,000,000) shares of Series C Preferred Stock to James Bickel, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, as consideration for providing collateral and personal guarantee on a debt financing agreement with La Jolla Cove Investors. The shares will be returned to the Company and cancelled once the collateral is returned by La Jolla Cove Investors and the guarantee is lifted.

Für morgen erwarte ich ein höheres Volumen als heute Jeder Tag der mit wenig Volumen verstreicht, erhöht auch den Druck auf die Käufer.

Dann dürfte morgen auch der Ask zu 0,0009 allmählich knapp werden!

Ein Teil meiner Postings werden hier wegen Überlänge vom System abgelehnt, daher poste ich fast ausschließlich bei Wallstreet-online zu dieser Aktie!

Die Stochastik hat sich nun wieder verbessert und der Bereich bis 0,0013 wurde bereits einmal komplett abgeräumt. Somit dürfte binnen der nächsten 3 Handelstage der Ausbruch über die 90-Wochen-MA-Linie erfolgen!

zumindest kurzfristig:

Kurspotential bei einem SK von 0,001 = 0,004
bei einem SK von 0,0011 = 0,0015

Berechnet auf der Grundlage eines RSI=70.

Das Volumen stimmt zur Zeit sehr gut Tendenz steigend!
--> Wir werden in kürze (reine Annahme) 100% sehen.
Warten wir noch max. 3 Wochen.....und dann zündet unsere SEIH

Ich bin positiv gestimmt und würde jedem einen Kauf unter 0.0014 empfehlen. Der grosse Ausbruch wird noch im 2007 kommen und dann werden wir unser 800-1000% ernten.
