INDONESIA DRILLING UPDATE:
LINDA SELE DEVELOPMENT WELL LDA G-5XTW
As stated in the announcement of 30 November 2012 with respect to furnishing updates reflecting noteworthy events during the drilling of LDA G-5XTW at the Linda Sele (“LS”) fields onshore West Papua, Indonesia, Interra Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Interra”) wishes to inform shareholders that its wholly owned subsidiary, Goldwater LS Pte. Ltd. (“GLS”) has successfully reached total depth at 1,010 metres. GLS has 100% working interest in the LS Technical Assistance Contract and LDA G-5XTW was drilled using an externally contracted rig.
Following wireline electric logging, the prospective reservoir formations will be evaluated to determine zones to be tested via casing perforation. The Company will announce these results as soon as they may be ascertained.

MYANMAR DRILLING UPDATE:
CHAUK DEVELOPMENT WELL CHK 1165
COMPLETED AS AN OIL PRODUCER
Interra Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Interra”) wishes to inform
shareholders that its jointly controlled entity, Goldpetrol Joint Operating Company Inc.
(“Goldpetrol”), has completed drilling infill development well CHK 1165 in the Chauk
oil field in Myanmar as an oil producer.
Interra has a 60% interest in the Improved Petroleum Recovery Contract of the
Chauk field and also owns 60% of Goldpetrol which is the operator of the field. Since
CHK 1165 was drilled using Goldpetrol’s Cooper LTO 350 rig, costs were
comparatively low. Interra’s share of the cost of drilling was funded from existing
funds on hand.
CHK 1165 was drilled in the south-central portion of the field to a total depth of 2,560
feet with the objective of producing oil from reservoirs that have not been drained by
existing wells. Following electric wire line logging and analysis, CHK 1165 was
completed through casing perforation totalling 20 feet over 4 sandstone reservoirs.
Following testing by pump, production has stabilised at 30 barrels of oil per day.
Additional reservoirs with indicated hydrocarbon charging will be evaluated at a later
date.
CHK 1165 marks the first well completed as an oil producer in the Chauk field for
2013 and the second in Myanmar.

DRILLING COMMENCEMENT OF
CHAUK DEVELOPMENT WELL CHK 1167
Interra Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Interra”) wishes to inform
shareholders that its jointly controlled entity, Goldpetrol Joint Operating Company Inc.
(“Goldpetrol”), has commenced drilling infill development well CHK 1167 in the
Chauk oil field in Myanmar.

CHK 1167 is to be drilled a targeted depth of approximately 2,700 feet as a southeast
offset to CHK 1165 which was recently completed as an oil producer. The objective
is essentially the same as that of CHK 1165, namely to produce oil from reservoirs
that have not been drained by existing wells and from the sandstone reservoirs which
currently produce or have produced or tested oil in the past from seven older wells
and now CHK 1165.
Interra estimates that the results of the drilling should be available in approximately
six weeks. The Company will announce the results of the drilling operation as soon
as they may be ascertained as well as updates reflecting critical or unexpected
events during drilling.

INDONESIA DRILLING PROGRAMME UPDATE
Further to the announcement of 24 January 2013 with respect to furnishing production testing results of TMT-54 at the Tanjung Miring Timur (“TMT”) field in South Sumatra, Indonesia, Interra Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Interra”) wishes to inform shareholders that its wholly owned subsidiary, Goldwater TMT Pte. Ltd. (“GTMT”) has successfully completed the well as an oil producer.
Three of the lower reservoirs in the Talang Akar formation are currently producing following casing perforation and the Company is pleased to announce that production has reached an average rate of 200 barrels of oil per day (bopd).
TMT-54 is the second well to be completed as an oil producer in the current drilling campaign following TMT-55 as announced on 29 January 2013. TMT-55 is currently producing approximately 65 bopd while awaiting the installation of additional pump capacity to boost production.
The current production of the new wells at TMT-54 and TMT-55 has effectively doubled the production of TMT as a whole to almost 500 bopd. The Company is aggressively expanding its drilling programme at TMT so as to maximise production and work on two other new wells are on-going.
Concurrently, TMT-53 has reached total depth as announced on 6 February 2013 and drilling is expected to commence soon at TMT-52.
The Company will announce testing results for all wells as soon as they may be ascertained as well as updates reflecting critical or unexpected events during operations.

INDONESIA DRILLING UPDATE:
DRILLING COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT WELL TMT-52
Interra Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Interra”) wishes to inform shareholders that its wholly owned subsidiary, Goldwater TMT Pte. Ltd. (“GTMT”), has commenced drilling development well TMT-52 at the Tanjung Miring Timur (“TMT”) field in South Sumatra, Indonesia. GTMT has 100% working interest in the Technical Assistance Contract of the TMT field and TMT-52 is being drilled using an externally contracted rig.
TMT-52 is the fourth well to have commenced drilling since GTMT resumed active drilling operations in the field following 3D seismic data acquisition and interpretation. The well is being drilled to an approximate depth of 1,250 metres in the southeast fringe of the field and is aimed at producing oil from the Batu Raja and Talang Akar formations. The objective is to test new geologic and reservoir concepts derived from the recently acquired 3D seismic survey with respect to the several sandstone reservoirs of the Talang Akar as well as the Batu Raja limestone.
Interra estimates that the results of the drilling should be available in approximately eight weeks. The Company will announce the results as soon as they may be ascertained as well as updates reflecting critical or unexpected events during drilling.
The Company wishes to advise that investors should exercise due care and caution when trading Interra’s shares. It is not certain that the development drilling mentioned above will ultimately yield commercially recoverable hydrocarbons or profitable production.

MYANMAR DRILLING UPDATE:

Interra Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Interra”) wishes to inform shareholders that its jointly controlled entity, Goldpetrol Joint Operating Company Inc. (“Goldpetrol”), has commenced drilling development well CHK 1168 in the Chauk oil field in Myanmar.
Interra has a 60% interest in the Improved Petroleum Recovery Contract of the Chauk field and also owns 60% of Goldpetrol which is the operator of the field. Interra’s share of the cost of drilling is funded from existing funds on hand. Since CHK 1168 is drilled using Goldpetrol’s ZJ 450 rig, costs are anticipated to be relatively low.
CHK 1168 is to be drilled to a targeted depth of approximately 3,800 feet as a structurally high offset to several shut-in wells which produced oil from the primary objective L3700FT reservoir. Several shallower reservoirs that have produced oil in the past in surrounding wells will also be evaluated.
Interra estimates that the results of the drilling and completion should be available in approximately six weeks. The Company will announce the results of the drilling operation as soon as they may be ascertained as well as updates reflecting critical or unexpected events during drilling.

Dear Shareholders,
UNAUDITED RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2012
Highlights in Q4 2012
Net loss after tax for the quarter was US$0.05 million. Net profit after tax for the year
was US$3.04 million.
Revenue for the quarter was US$7.23 million, 8% lower than the previous quarter,
mainly due to lower barrels of oil lifting from LS TAC. Revenue for the year was
US$30.41 million.
Shareable production for the quarter increased to 93,328 barrels from 90,802 barrels
in the previous quarter.
Earnings before divestment gain, interest income, exchange difference, finance cost,
tax, depreciation, amortisation, allowance and impairment (“EBITDA”) for the quarter
was US$2.68 million.
Net cash outflow for the quarter was US$9.66 million, mainly due to new well drilling
and well improvements and acquisition of property, plant and equipment.
Cash and cash equivalents (excluding restricted cash) were US$16.74 million as at
31 December 2012.
