IFEX NV’s associate company Fundus Plc expects that introduction to listing on OFEX market will be completed first week July
The chairman of Fundus Plc has informed IFEX NV that it is intended to introduce the Company to the OFEX market in London by the first week in July 2005, subject to the completion of the statutory and revenue clearances which the company needs to obtain to complete the listing. Fundus Plc will make a further detailed statement following its introduction to OFEX and thereafter to comply with its regulatory obligations.

Recently,">www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">Recently, Fundus Plc has entered into a memorandum of understanding to structure and arrange the debt financing for a 500m Euro property company in the Gulf States. In addition, Fundus Plc is currently undertaking due diligence on three other transactions in Switzerland, Germany and France with an aggregate value of 200m Euros.
