In the long-running heart rate monitor case, Biosig had sued Nautilus in 2004, saying that Nautilus infringed its patent for a heart rate monitor that a user grips while using exercise equipment.

A district court had said that the patent was invalid because of "indefiniteness," which basically means it was not clear. The Federal Circuit said it was clear and that the patent was valid.

The case is of interest since patentees tend to draft what a patent can do as vaguely as possible so that the issued patent will be as broad as possible. In this case, the Federal Circuit had said that the patent language was appropriately definite.

The first case at the U.S. Supreme Court is Limelight Networks, Inc v. Akamai Technologies. The case is no. 12-786

Zahlen zum 3. Quartal zeigen ein ordentliches Wachstum, jedoch Anpassung der Jahresziele. Bin nun mit einer kleinen Summe dabei

Bin zu 3,58 € eingestiegen. Absturz völlig überzogen.

Seht mal im Bild. Da grinst noch ein offenes Gap. Ggf. lohnt sich dirt der Einstieg. Vorher halte ich die Füße still.

LLNW schon eine ganze Weile. Damals hatte ich den Einstieg verpasst. Diese Aktie ist nichts zum Zocken. Wer hier einsteigt, sollte Zeit mitbringen. Wenn die Sterne günstig stehen, kaufe ich mir paar Aktien und lasse diese liegen.

Bei der attraktiven Bewertung bin ich nun auch mal rein mit 1000 Stück zu 3,95 USD. Denke in 1-2 Quartalen sehen wir da wieder weitaus höhere Kurse.

Bei der Aktie habe ich auch keine Probleme etwas länger investiert zu bleiben.

Limelight Networks deckt viele Zukunftsbranchen ab:
- Edge Computing
- Cloud Security
- Video Delivery
- Content Delivery

Bin auf die nächsten Quartalszahlen gespannt....

Hab jetzt einen Fuß in der Aktie. Sollte es weiter runter gehen, werde ich zukaufen.

Full-year Results

For the full year ended December 31, 2020, Limelight reported revenue of $230.2 million, a 15% increase from $200.6 million in 2019.

The company’s 2020 GAAP net loss was $(19.3) million, or $(0.16) per basic share, versus a net loss of $(16.0) million, or $(0.14) per basic share, in 2019. The 2020 GAAP net loss included $3.8 million of interest expense related to Limelight’s senior convertible notes noted above.

Non-GAAP net loss was $(1.6) million, or $(0.01) per basic share, for the year ended December 31, 2020, compared to non-GAAP net loss of $(2.3) million, or $(0.02) per basic share, in 2019.

Limelight reported adjusted EBITDA of $24.5 million for 2020, compared to $18.1 million in 2019.

The company does not plan to issue guidance for 2021 at this time. With new leadership and active efforts underway to evaluate all aspects of the business strategy and cost structure, the focus is on immediate and long-term steps to position the company as a leader delivering edge-based solutions. Additional details will be provided as the company formalizes these plans.

Ich sehe hier jetzt eine langfristig tolle Einstiegschance . Wesentlich preiswerter als Fastly .
Den günstigsten Einstiegspunk schafft man nie , jetzt zahlt man aber mittelfristig sicher nicht zuviel.
EV/Sales =  2,3  ! ,  (zum Vergleich Fastly  EV/Sales= 46 !)   = x20
Neuer Chef , Umsatzwachstums"delle" mit +16% , Datenvolumen und streaming wird mit 5G unweigerlich steigen .

Die Unternehmen kannst du nicht wirklich vergleichen! Allerdings ist die Bewertung hier schon nicht zu hoch. Denke ich warte auf den US Markt und dann mal rein

CEO verspricht Rule of 40; bereits jetzt 15% Umsatzwachstum; Umbau und neue News angekündigt; EV/Sales von etwas über 2; unproblematischer Cash-burn....

Bin gespannt wie weit es noch sinkt. Sehe das auch als Einstiegschance

ich habe in der letzten Zeit immer mal wieder LLNW dazu gekauft. Wenn man sich den Chart ansieht, ist der Kurs gerade dabei ein GAP zu schließen. Denke das wird nächste Woche der Fall sein. Dann kann es aufwärts gehen.

KUV bei grade mal 1,5 meine ich. Leider ist der Umsatz dieses Jahr noch leicht rückläufig. Deswegen würde ich erst mein einem noch geringerem KUV einsteigen. Analysten sind schon mal positiv gestimmt. Sollte sich jetzt ein Boden ausbilden komme ich dazu;)

Habe mir mal 2k von Limelight Anteilen ins Depot gelegt.

Ist zwar etwas gezockt aber halte viel von dem Geschäftsmodell und sobald sich dann endlich wieder ein operativer Gewinn einstellt, gehts bergauf.
