Shanghai, China September 29, 2009 - IBMC CHINA AG ('IBMC') has opened
several new temporary locations in busy shopping areas to add sales during
the October 1 National Holiday and Golden Week of China. Golden Week in
the mainland of the People's Republic of China is the name given to two
annual 7-day national holidays, implemented in 2000. The PRC was founded
on October 1, 1949 with a ceremony at Tiananmen Square
During last year 2008 National Holiday, an estimated 180 million China
residents took time to travel. The most popular destination for China
travelers during this time is definitely Shanghai. Giving a chance at
other rural city residents the opportunity to visit the metropolitan
capital of China and go on a shopping spree. IBMC has learned that during
this time, shoppers are happier to spend and purchase. IBMC is taking
advantage of this travel week and shopping days at this time of year when
consumers are out in full force.
IBMC imagines the temporary stores for the holiday season provide promotion
of our brands as well as revenue. The Company will be giving out great
promotional sales and price cuts to drive larger revenue during this time.
This one week of sales can generate enough revenue to match a half year if
planned correctly.
