(OTCBB:GWGO - News) confirms that it the "Treasure King" Gold Mining and the Yaba Gold and Silver Mining Projects in Yavapai County, Arizona acquired on Friday March 3, 2006 will be placed into two new United Kingdom Holding Companies and the shares in those two Companies distributed to the Great West Gold, Inc. shareholders.

Great West Gold, Inc. will be transferring its shareholding in Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc. to a New United Kingdom Holding Company and distributing all of these shares in that new United Kingdom Holding Company to Great West Gold, Inc. shareholders.
These three new United Kingdom Companies will be quoted on an OTC Market in the United Kingdom and on the OTC Pink Sheet Market.
Shareholders will be advised as to the "Record Date" and the "Pay Date" for each of these three additional Stock Dividend distributions, in and during next week.
Great West Gold, Inc. is determined to expedite this process, whereby a total eight Stock Dividends will have been paid to its shareholders thereby allowing the Company to focus on its substantial new Copper interests and on further acquisitions.

Auf jeden fall zu 0,001 nachkaufen, hab auch schon welche bekommen! Die News kommen uns nur zu gute und müssen erstmal bewertet werden! Wartet ab und lehnt euch zurück Nasdaq kommt schon wieder, im moment nur noch 5% im Minus!

was für ein Volumen du geordert hast, wird dann halt nur teilausgeführt, jedenfalls ist das bei meiner Bank so !? Ich werde bei diesen Kuersen jedenfalls schon nervös, verkaufen werde ich dennoch nicht ! Ich kann die news auch nicht richtig deuten !
gehen jedenfalls nicht gerade kleine Pakete über den Tisch! 9 Mio hier 10 Mio da! ,...

Von diesen Companies erhalten GWGO-Aktionäre Dividende in Form von Aktien. Wieviel man bekommt wird nächste Woche bekanntgegeben. Der Stichtag für die Berücksichtigung ebenfalls.
auch welche, die erst letzte woche eingestiegen sind? Stand da nicht was bis zum 3.3?
ich habe keine ahnung wo die meldung her sein soll. habe auf der offiziellen firmenhomepage keine neuigkeiten von heute gefunden. es heisst vielmehr, dass die seite geupdatet wird. also meine meinung: die news sind noch nicht raus.
zu kurs: ruhe gewahren. der wert ist und bleibt auch vorerst sehr volatil. füsse still halten und wer richtig loslegen möchte: bei schwäche nachlegen. meine eigene order mit limit € 0,001 ging leider nicht durch. hoffe aber auf ein wenig glück ;-)

also ich hab meine für 0,001 gekriegt und die nächste order ist wieder drin. dachte wir haben am selben tag geordert*g*???? viel glück noch
alle meldungen , auch die welche ich mehr oder weniger übersetzt habe (I-net übersetzungatool verwendet da mein englisch not verry good) gibts auf www.otcbb.com mit dementsprechendem erscheinungsdatum auch ein heutiges ist dabei. im heutigen steht aber nichts von irgendwelchen portugiesischen banken darin.
