Leute um es nocheinmal kurz zu umreissen.HEALTHSONIX INC. war rund 2 Wochen vom Böresengeschehen getrennt worden und ist jetzt wieder gelistet.Sollte in den kommenden Tag sehr interessant werden,da jeder der hier schon mit investiert war um sein Geld gebangt hat.Neulingen sei gesagt,dass das Gesundheitswesen immer gut für eine Investition ist.Läuft immer gut.

Ich weiß noch nichts. Das die Leute teilweise zu jedem Preis rausgehen ist klar.

Ich hab hier einen alles andere als vertrauenswürdigen Chartverlauf.
Der sieht wie eine kopie von meinem HSXI Chart aus
Aus 1 EUR mach 0,007 bzw aus 150 Dollar mach 0,15.
Gut, IHSI war mal Royal Acquisition. Aber nur weil es königlich klingt muss die Aktie nich königlich sein.
Vor allem, allem aus Holland misstraue ich grundsätzlich. Holländischen Spielern, holländischen Tomaten und holländischen Schuhen. Selbst Tulpen.
Ausser es kommt aus Holland und man kann es rauchen.

Jetzt musst Du mir nur noch sagen was Resistenz ist und ich kann Dir antworten.

Bei Nichtwirtsresistenz sind alle Sorten und Genotypen einer Pflanzenart resistent gegenüber allen Rassen eines Pathogens.

Besteht nun die grundsätzliche Fähigkeit eines Pathogens, Krankheit bei einer Pflanzenart auszulösen (z.B. das Pathogen Phytophthora infestans löst die Kraut und Braunfäule an Tomaten aus), so können einzelne Wirtsgenotypen gegenüber bestimmten Stämmen oder Rassen des Pathogens resistent sein. Diese Resistenz ist also rassenspezifisch und durch eine qualitative Interaktion (ja-nein) charakterisiert. Virulente Rassen führen auf anfälligen Pflanzen zu ungehindertem Befall, bei avirulenten Rassen wird die Infektion bei Pflanzen mit passender Resistenz komplett gestoppt. Rassenspezifische Resistenzen beruhen meist auf nur einem oder sehr wenigen Genen. Der Mechanismus der qualitativen Resistenz ist häufig der hypersensitive Zelltod. Das heißt, sobald eine Pflanzenzelle mit einer avirulenten Rasse in Kontakt kommt, stirbt die Zelle und u.U. auch die Nachbarzellen ab, bevor das Pathogen in die nächste Zelle eindringen kann, und tötet damit auch das Pathogen. Die qualitative Resistenz kann von vielen Pathogen schnell überwunden werden.

Im Gegensatz zu rassenspezifischen Resistenzen, gibt es auch partielle Resistenzen, die zwar Befall zulassen, aber das Infektionsgeschehen drastisch verlangsamen. Solche graduellen Resistenzreaktionen beruhen auf einer Vielzahl polygen, gesteuerter Resistenzmechanismen, die weitgehend unabhängig von den Pathogenrassen ausgelöst werden. Deshalb werden sie als rassenunspezifisch bzw. quantitativ (mehr/weniger) bezeichnet. Grundsätzlich ist es deutlich schwieriger für Pathogene, sich an diese komplexen quantitativen Resistenzen anzupassen.

Sowohl die qualitativen als auch quantitativen Resistenzreaktionen beruhen auf biochemischen Prozessen in der Pflanze, die, wenn sie einmal ausgelöst wurden häufig über eine gewisse Zeit aktiv sind und damit die Pflanzen gegen spätere Infektionen vorübergehend schützen analog einer sehr kurzfristigen Impfung (typische Wirkzeit 3-7 Tage). Dieser Vorgang wird als induzierte Resistenz bezeichnet.


Resistenz von Menschen und Tieren  [Bearbeiten]Bei Menschen und Tieren gibt es noch eine völlig andere Art der Widerstandsfähigkeit, diese wird von einem Organismus im Laufe seines Lebens gegen Krankheitserreger erworben, die so genannte Immunität. Dies wird auch Immunisierung genannt, und besteht in einer Anpassung des Immunsystems an die Krankheitserreger, denen der Organismus ausgesetzt war.

Ich bin schon wieder geladen wie eien 3 Fünfer Java!

ich nehm meine Aktien von IHSI, die ich ja als Gift in den nächsten  Monaten für den Verkauf von Sonix und der Creme bekomme und verkauf die irgendwann.
Momentan bei Kurs 0,55 USD mach ich mit meinen Aktien 5% Gewinn.
Was du machst ist mir irgendwie, weißt schon.
Das Healthsonix nach dem Verkauf von sonix und der Creme eine leere Hülle ist und damit mit nahe Null bewertet wird und ich die aktien aber trotzdem behalten darf. Genial, da ich damit noch einen Börsenverlust realisieren kann finde ichpersönlich klasse.
Schau mal in Foren die sich wirklich mit IHSI beschäftigen und nicht wie Du immer am Kurs einer übernommenen Firma hängen.

Healthsonix wurde von/ oder hat ja nun/ InnovativeHS übernommen. Wie auch immer. In den letzten Tagen wurden im Schnitt 300.000 shares gehandelt. Um 0,01 US Cent. Meistens unterhalb.
Hat irgendjemand von Euch, der IHSI Aktien hat / hatte neue Aktien erhalten, im versprochenen Verhältnis 1 / 0,66?
Ich höre nichts von meiner Bank, aber in der USA wird wieder fleissig gehandelt!
Auf dem US Tread finde ich leider auch keine Antwort. Da sprechen Sie nur übe die getradeten Shares, welche immer dort auch gehandelt werden.

(PINKSHEETS: IHSN) announced today that there was a special meeting of the Board of Directors to discuss a Letter of Intent received by the Company to buy 100% of the Company's outstanding shares. The Letter of Intent, received April 29, 2010, is presently being reviewed as to the current terms and conditions of the offer. While the Board has come to no conclusions, the final consensus was very favorable. The current offer is higher than the 52 week high of $0.35 per share. In deciding to proceed with the sale, the Board has contacted its corporate counsel as to whether the Board has the authority to accept the offer, without holding a shareholder meeting.

Also ich persönlich glaube keiner PR mehr wo Dieter Döderlein mit beteiligt war.

Erstens, der Deal mit dem anonymen LOI Abgeber ist geplatzt.
(War ja kaum anders zu erwarten.)
Zweitens, Healthsonix wurde nie komplett oder teilweise von IHSI übernommen.
Frag ich mich, warum hat er nie eine entsprechende Pressemitteilung herausgegeben, wenn er von Dieter Döderlein hierzu zitiert wurde.?
Gut das ich das Geld abgeschrieben habe und somit alles nur als einen Hoffnungsschimmmer ansehe.
In die Pink werde ich auf jedenfall weiterhin nicht investieren.
