GPSI began trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange on October 3, 2002 under the symbol IIW. Bob Silzer Sr., President & CEO, stated that "it was no longer necessary for us to be listed on two stock exchanges in Germany in order to serve our public investors' needs." GPSI will continue to trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany and the NASDAQ-OTCBB Exchange in the United States

Neben GPSN ist / wird ganz heiss NXXI (um den 18.11. gibt es von der FDA die Entscheidung ob Chromax (Nahrungsergänzungsmittel von NXXI gegen Zuckerkrankheit) offiziell bestätigt wird (halte es für sehr wahrscheinlich; Studien haben es bewiesen); dann langfristig OPTV interaktives Fernsehen... www.opentv.com

In Deutschland wird FLUXX noch lange gut laufen und United Internet zumindest noch bis 10.11.04 (da gibt es Zahlen, wie man an den letzten Tagen sieht ;-)

neom, gpsn, sttc & caly (hiv). in letzter zeit ist caly extrem runter, aber die sollten schon wieder kommen.
fluxx hatte ich zu 0.60€ und hab sie viel zu früh verkauft, aber die kommen schon noch....
bei morph ist alles möglich. die sind auch gesund aufgebaut, die anderen sind zocks *ggg*

leider habe ich erst jetzt den kompletten thread (1h lang) gelesen (sonst wäre ich vermutlich dabei gewesen (kann man jetzt leicht sagen, denke es stimmt aber); Der Ecki lebe hoch ;-) Allerdings schreibt er selbst mal als erstes Kursziel 45€. Da trennen uns keine 5€ mehr, aber es gibt ja noch 2005 mit 90€ und ev. finde ich noch einen Aufsprung; bleibe da lieber noch bei meinen Babys...

Aber es hat mal einer gesagt "alles fließt"...

PS: STTC-rally machte ich auch mit, bin aber früher raus... (bin im Vergleich zu früher Gewinnmitnahmen-freundlicher geworden, mit allen Vor & Nachteilen...

der einzige bist Du hier sicher nicht bei GPSN. Bin auch schon lange dabei und wie man sieht werden es immer mehr die in Amerika einsteigen. Auf der HP www.gpsindustries.com gibt es nun auch ein Video von Greg Norman, der ja positiverweise auch einige Anteile hält & sicher fürs Produkt gute Inputs liefert (sind also in guter Gesellschaft ;-). Was denkst Du Standing wie hoch geht GPSN bis 31.12.04? (mein Tipp 0,23$, befinden uns dann auch in der Gegend der letzten Höchststände, also starke Widerstände...) Ich bleibe mal dabei... the trend is your friend... fly high Gruss S1

räumt mein einzige Sorge zu GPSN aus den Weg. Ich habe mir die Produkte genau angesehen und meine Befürchtung war, so toll das INFOREMER-System auch ist, dass mittels privater PDAs mit GPS und WLAN der Golfer andere Anbieter günstigere Dienste anbieten. Nun ist dafür gesorgt, dass GPSN auch in diesen Fällen ordentlich kassiert :-)

ja klar! ich belibe drinn, bin aber schon vorsichtig denn seit langem steigt das papier nur.... eigentlich nichts schlechtes aber ich will keinen free fall.

vor einem free fall denke ich muss man nicht Angst haben, dazu gibt es einfach zuviel positives z.B. Ausweitung auf Europa, Verdienen durch Lizenzen mit, noch extrem viele Golfplätze ohne der GPSN Technik usw. Fazit: ich bleibe voll drinn. Börsenbriefe haben vor über einem Jahr (damals war der Kurs so um die 0,14) von Vervielfachungen gesprochen aber kurzfristig das Gegenteil ausgelöst, denke wenn wir 0,22 durchbrechen kann es schon noch bis 0,3 gehen. Ach ja und wie gesagt, wenn ich austeige poste ich es.

The Series B preferred shares are restricted from trading and will be convertible into common shares once the Company's shareholders have approved an increase in GPSI's authorized number of common shares. In connection with their investment, GWSE and Leisurecorp also receive the right to invest an additional $13.0 Million in GPSI within 120 days of their original investment. In a related transaction, certain Officers and Directors of the Company agreed to convert $3.7 Million of outstanding short term obligations in exchange for common and preferred stock of the Company. In addition, Bart Collins, President of GWSE and a current Director of the Company, was elected to the office of Executive Vice President at GPSI.

Approximately $2.8 Million of proceeds from the transaction have been used to redeem at a discount outstanding convertible debentures that were issued to entities affiliated with N.I.R. Group, LLC, thus extinguishing all financial obligations under such debentures. The remaining proceeds will be used to fund working capital and ongoing Research and Development, virtually eliminate Company debt, and support the Company's growth initiatives. TM Capital Corp. served as financial advisor to GPSI in connection with this transaction.
