Forsys - Produktionsbeginn

Was ich letzte Woche angekündigt habe ist nun eingetreten.

Es wird wohl eine Übernahme kommen. Um 8 CAD wird gemunkelt. Für mich ist das jedoch erst der Anfang.

Wir sollten alle unsere Aktien ganz fest halten. Der wahre Wert ist ja jedem bekannt. Ich möchte auf keinen Fall durch ein Squeeze-out hier rausfliegen.

Ich war bis heute auch investiert (und nicht gering).

Aber ich halte die News für schlecht.

Dieser Trading Halt war viel heiße Luft um nix. Alles schon bekannt. Das macht man nicht, wenn man in Verhandlungen steckt. Da langt ne Ad-hoc. Das macht man, wenn man den Kurs kurzfristig  pushen will.

Ich bin das erste Mal seit weit über einem Jahr skeptisch bei Forsys...  

Soll kein Gebashe sein, ich halte grds. viel von FSY. Aber das heute gefällt mir gar net. Ich rechne mit kurzfristig fallenden Kursen, dann werde ich auch wieder einsteigen.

Wichtig für uns, weil der Wert dann noch gewaltig steigt. Wie gesagt, 100 Mio. Pfund sollten wir sehen.

Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, wie Forsys mit Interessenten kooperieren könnte !

Weshalb schlechte News, hätten sie den Satz nicht geschrieben, dann hätten wir eine handfeste Übernahme. So bleibt weitere Fantasie im Spiel. Kann uns nur zu gute kommen.

Clubfan recht geben. Wegen solch einer Ankündigung läßt man den Handel nicht aussetzen sondern
gibt eine einfache Meldung raus, daß man mitten in den Verhandlungen bzgl. einer Übernahme steht.

Ferner frage ich mich, warum keine konkrete Zahl vorliegt (es steht garantiert ein Wert im Raum!!!!!!)

Trotzdem: Ich bleibe drin!

PS: Ich denke, daß Cameco dahinter steckt.

Der Kurs hat immer recht.

Und der in Kanada ist schon mal auf umgerechnet 2,30 zurückgekommen.

SCheinen doch mehr Leute so zu sehen wie ich.

Wenn der Kurs etwas unten ist, steig ich ein. Hab ja nix gegen der Wert, im Gegenteil. Aber es bringt ja nix, alles schönzureden.

diese meldung wird positive nachwirkungen nach sich ziehen schließlich wird morgen und an folgenden tagen auch noch gehandelt ! ;-)

Diese Meldung sollte aber dafür sorgen, dass trotz dem schwierigen allgemeinen Umfeld, die Aktie sich auf diesem Niveau stabilisieren sollte.
Und ein starker Kurs, sollte dem Käufer signalisieren, dass man nicht unbedingt und zu jedem Preis verkaufen muss.
Meiner Meinung nach stärkt diese Meldung die Position von Forsys.
Und eins sollte auch jedem klar sein, unter 8 CAD kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass die den Laden verkaufen.
NIcht vergessen, Forsys ist derzeit der einzige Explorer mit einer Lizenz und in Namibia gibt es so schnell auch keine mehr. Da regt sich Widerstand von vielen Seiten (Touristik, Umweltschützer usw.).
Weiterhin wird es auch andere Interessenten wachrütteln und der Bieterkampf um Forsys kann beginnen.

Für mich, und ich denke auch für viele andere, klingt das wie

"Wir verhandeln um das Schlimmste zu vermeiden, können aber nichts garantieren"

kollektive nörgeln an ! ... leute ich sag nur ... na und !!! die minenlizens wurde auch vorangekündigt und ist dann gekommen alle waren sich unsicher und wussten es nicht einzuordnen!


im allgemeinen stimme ich zu die informationspolitik von forsys an die kleinaktionäre muss sich verbessern! aber jetzt hier so ein fass aufzumachen erachte ich für sinnlos!

man sollte sich mal gedanken drüber machen was gestern und heute so über die ladentheke gegangen ist! klar die leute kaufen größere pakete aus spaß ..ja nee is klaro;-)))

Nun, das ist Interpretationssache. Jeder versucht zwischen den Zeilen zu lesen, verstehe aber nicht wie du darauf kommst oder andere dies so negativ zu interpretieren. Wieso möchtest du unbedingt auf Teufel komm raus eine Übernahme?

Deine persönlichen Überlegungen würden mich schon intressieren.

Genau, das ist nur eine von vielen Optionen die Forsys hat.
Und sie haben nichts anderes gesagt, als dass sie in Verhandlungen mit einem Interessenten sind und haben damit den vielen Spekulationen im Markt ein Ende gesetzt. Und allein dafür bin ich ihnen schon dankbar.
