Ich hab den Ticker nicht vor Augen, aber wenn da mann nicht Allos Therapeutics oder Alaris Medical bei raus kommt, jede Wette.

First Horizon Pharmaceutical (FHRX: news, chart, profile) warned that its second-quarter and full-year results would be lower than Wall Street estimates, sending shares down 81 percent. For the June quarter, the company expects break-even to 2 cents a share; analysts had been looking for a profit of 8 cents. For the second half, the company it expects a profit in the range of 20 cents to 22 cents a share, less than the 39 cents that Wall Street expected. The company said the shortfall resulted from greater-than-expected erosion from products that compete with Tanafed Suspension and Prenate GT. Shares closed down 81 percent to $3.51.

ALPHARETTA, Ga. -(Dow Jones)- First Horizon Pharmaceutical Corp. (FHRX, news) expects earnings of 55 cents to 61 cents a share on revenue of $137 million to $ 144 million for 2003.

In a press release Thursday, the specialty pharmaceutical company said its estimates exclude any product acquisitions or licenses.

The company expects 2003 revenue of $50 million to $55 million at its OBGYN and pediatric franchises, and $40 million to $45 million at its sular product.

A Thomson First Call survey of six analysts produced a mean earnings estimate of 50 cents a share, and four analysts produced a mean revenue estimate of $ 136.2 million for the company's 2003.

Warum zeige ich die Zahlen aus Juli noch mal?

Ganz einfach, im Juli wurden 7 Cent pro Aktie verdient, nach den neuen Zahlen 50 pro
Aktie. Das ist gewaltig gut und wird First Horizon weiter kräftig Auftrieb geben.
Das aktuelle Niveau von 6 Dollar zum Einstieg nutzten, obwohl die Aktie bereits fast
200% vom Low zugelegt hat.

First Horizon off despite better than expected Q3 net (FHRX) By Michael Baron

First Horizon Pharmaceutical (FHRX) is down 57 cents, or 13 percent, to $3.82, in early action. After Wednesday's closing bell, the Alpharetta, Ga., drug firm posted pro forma earnings of $2.4 million, or 7 cents a share, a penny above Wall Street's consensus estimate, but below its year-ago equivalent profit of $3.2 million, or 11 cents a share. Including items, First Horizon earned $138,000, or break even on a per share basis, in the latest quarter. Looking ahead, the company sees earnings of 13 to 14 cents a share on revenue of $32 million to $34 million in the fourth quarter. Analysts polled by Thomson First Call are currently looking for a profit of 13 cents a share on revenue of $33.1 million in the quarter, on average.
