Was denkst du ist Ergomed eine gute Aktie und wird diese bis Ende Dezember noch Steigerungspotenzial

Sorry das sollte heissen:  hat diese Aktie noch Steigerungspotenzial?

Wenn man sich Beitrag 8 bis 11 so durchliest sollte man zur Ansicht kommen dass es hier auf jeden Fall ne Weile lang  (nach und nach) hochgehen sollte. In Anbetracht dass dieser Wert ganz offensichtlich noch nicht so bekannt ist (siehe Kurse und Umsätze) ist de Anstieg schon mal recht respektabel... durch die news zur Übernahme wurde immerhin das Kursziel auf 3,27 Euro angehoben und momentan sehe ich keine Gründe warum es durch die Übernahme runtergehen sollte...

Alles nur meine Meinung.  Keine handelsempfehlung

Mich wundert, dass dieser Wert immer noch ein Schattendasein führt

Angesichts des Umsatzes heute, vermute ich Ergomed hinter der Aktionärsstory:

In der Aktionärsstory geht es um Formycon, einen Biosimilarentwickler, der genau 4 Präparate in der Entwicklung hat, wovon 2 bereits auslizensiert (verpartnert) sind!
Man darf damit rechnen, in der nächsten Zeit eine weitere Auslizensierung folgt, so wie in der Einleitung zum Report beschrieben.

Die Sache ist längst geklärt, da helfen auch keine neuen Vermutungen!

Das Design dieser Endpunktstudie (Outcome Trial) sieht vor, dass der

Clinical Trial in Advanced Endometrial Cancer; Expects to Report Top-Line

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (NASDAQ: AEZS) (TSX: AEZ) (the

Phase 3 ZoptEC (Zoptarelin Doxorubicin in Endometrial Cancer) study with
Zoptrex(TM) (zoptarelin doxorubicin) in women with advanced, recurrent or
metastatic endometrial cancer, representing the clinical endpoint of the
study. The Company currently expects to lock the clinical database and to
report top-line results in April 2017. Zoptrex(TM) is the Company's
proposed tradename for zoptarelin doxorubicin. The proposed tradename is
subject to approval by the United States Food and Drug Administration (the
"FDA").

nimmt man beide aeterna und ergomed und es klappt im april, nur mal 1000 euro, umgesetzt innerhalb kurzer zeit  mindestens zwischen 15000 und 20000, nur für kleinanleger, so wie ich, wäre eine chanche, aber auch totalverlust bei nichterfüllung, kein hinweis zum kauf oder sonstiges, nur meine menung

nach dem sich der Kurs seit fast 3 Monaten in einer Seitwärtsbewegung befindet, stehen nun die Zeichen gut für einen Ausbruch über den 2,50€ Widerstand. Ein überschreiten würde weiteres Potenzial freisetzen.

Bei weiteren positiven Newsflow ( zb. Ergebnisse-Phase-3-Studie mit Zoptrex(TM ) wäre mein pers. Kursziel , kurzfristig 3€ .

Spekulativ habe ich Heute ein ein Stop Buy Limit über 2,60€ gesetzt.

Ergomed liefert immer mal wieder ganz nette News. So wie hier eben zu einer neuen Kooperation.

Nur im Kurs schlägt sich das nicht nieder, der ist seit einem ganz ansehnlichen Verlauf im Oktober nun schon wieder seit einigen Wochen nur in der Tendenz nach unten gerichtet.

Von Ergomed begleitet Studie:  Siltuximab bei Covid-19

Die Zwischenergebnisse der Sisco-Studie sind vielversprechend: Insgesamt werden 25 Patienten mit nachgewiesener Covid-19-Infektion untersucht und mit Siltuximab behandelt. Die Studie ist eine einarmige Fall-Kontroll-Studie: Alle Patienten erhielten den Wirkstoff in einer Dosis von 11 mg / kg – diese wurde über eine Stunde infundiert. Nach Ermessen des Arztes folgte bei fünf Patienten eine zweite Dosis 48 bis 72 Stunden nach der ersten Gabe. Im Durchschnitt sind die Patienten 64 Jahre alt, 86 Prozent waren männlich. Zu den häufigsten Grunderkrankungen zählen Hypertonie (43 Prozent), Herzkreislauferkrankungen (19 Prozent) und Diabetes (24 Prozent). Die Beobachtungsdauer der Patienten betrug durchschnittlich acht Tage. Primäre Endpunkte der Studie sind die Verringerung der Notwendigkeit einer invasiven Beatmung, die Verkürzung der Zeit auf der Intensivstation und die Reduktion der 30-Tage-Mortalität.
Vorläufige Ergebnisse sind positiv

Bei 76 Prozent der Patienten gab es positive Ergebnisse: Sieben der 21 Patienten zeigten eine Verbesserung der Symptome, bei neun stabilisierte sich der Krankheitszustand. Die Konzentration von C-reaktivem Protein (CRP) nahm bei allen Teilnehmern ab. Dennoch kam es bei 24 Prozent zu einer Verschlechterung, ein Patient verstarb. In den kommenden drei bis vier Wochen sollen die Ergebnisse mit einer abgestimmten Fallkontrolle verglichen werden, in der nicht mit Siltuximab behandelt wurde. Zudem befinde sich Eusa Pharma in Gesprächen mit verschiedenen Zentren, um eine größer angelegte Studie starten zu können, erklärte der Hersteller.

Mr Enyedy brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, including executive management, corporate development and legal roles, across multiple therapeutic areas with a focus on rare diseases and oncology. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of ImmunoGen, Inc., a publicly-traded biotechnology company, where he oversees strategy and operations. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), the world's largest advocacy organisation representing the biotechnology industry in the US and globally.

US is now the biggest market in the mix

Ergomed has released its full H121 results. H121 revenue numbers were included in the trading update in July 2021, while the full accounts released last week provided details on profits. In the trading update, management also guided that FY21 adjusted EBITDA would be materially ahead of market expectations, which has since been discounted in the share price, hence last week’s announcement delivered no surprises. However, the key takeaway for us was that overall operational momentum continues to be strong, including the first three months of H221 (following the already stellar performance in FY20). In H121, Ergomed has also launched its expansion into the Japanese market. We have slightly increased our valuation to £751m or 1,536p/share (from 1,445p/share).
