ex rascals würde ich zwischen 5 und 15 millionen bezeichnen.so wie beim run vor ein paar wochen.innerhalb von 8 tagen wurden fast 80 millionen aktien gehandelt.da würde ich 1-2 nicht als richtig gut bezeichnen.sorry

Na, was meint ihr? Können wir den Aufwärtstrend heute fortsetzen, oder wars womöglich nur ne technische Gegenreaktion gestern? Also ich denke es geht weiter nach oben, kann mich aber natürlich auch irren.....

Several news services have reported that some 200 or more U.S. public companies have apparently had their stocks listed for trading on the BBSE without the listed companies' prior consent or knowledge. These listings appear to be part of an effort by domestic and foreign brokers to avoid the recent SEC and NASD restrictions against "naked short selling." "Short selling" is a trading practice where investors borrow stock from a broker- dealer or securities firm to sell with the hope that the stock price will decline before they have to return the shares to cover their position. "Naked shorting" is where one or more traders or broker-dealers work together to manipulate the market by selling shares of stock that they do not have in an effort to force a company's share price to go down. By listing the company's common stock on the BBSE, manipulators seek to engage in naked short trading in reliance on an "arbitrage" loophole that none of the present NASD and SEC regulations prohibit.

Howard Ullman, CEO of the Company, said, "I am outraged at the listing on the BBSE of our common stock and its impact. We encourage shareholders and others not to trade in our stock on the BBSE. We are currently reviewing any possible legal remedies as well as joining any efforts to reveal the identity of the firms behind the BBSE naked shorting. I have also sent a letter to the Commissioners of the SEC, the President of NASD and both Florida U.S. Senators requesting immediate action in this matter."

Momentan ist die Aktie stark überverkauft, jeder hat das Interesse in der Aktie verloren und Gerüchte über eine Delisting einiger Aktien stehen auch im Raum.
Ich sag dir, mach auf keine Fall den Fehler und steig jetzt aus. Das wär das schlimmste, was du machen könntest. Es gibt ja auch keinen Grund zum aussteigen. Oder will jetzt auch noch jemand behaupten, Headliners wären von der Insolvenz bedroht?*gg*

ich will auch nicht raus, bin nur etwas verunsichert ob des Delisting. Muss ja nicht negativ sein, muss mir aber ggf. dann einen anderen Broker suchen.

Headliners "strong speculative buy"

hier klicken zur Chartansicht Die Experten vom Börsenbrief "Hot Stocks Investor" bewerten den Titel von Headliners (ISIN US42209Y1064/ WKN A0B5S1) mit "strong speculative buy".

Unter starkem Druck hätten die Aktien von Headliners bis auf Levels von 0,10 USD nachgelassen. Technisch betrachtet gehe der Rücksetzer sowohl als normale 50%-Korrektur in Ordnung, als auch als Rücksetzer im Rahmen eines weiterhin intakten Aufwärtstrends. Die Wertpapierexperten hätten mit so einer Bewegung dennoch nicht gerechnet, da man von den jüngsten Meldungen über erfolgreiche Cluberöffnungen in Jackson als auch in New Jersey einen stärkeren Support erhofft habe.

Diese Kalkulation sei allerdings nicht aufgegangen. Auslöser hierfür sei ein in der Vorwoche veröffentlichtes Update der Analysten von Investtrend zu einer Unternehmensstudie, die am Markt den ersten Hype ausgelöst habe. Hier habe man die Gewinnerwartungen per 2005 auf 0,05 USD zurückgenommen. Das Kursziel hätten die Analysten auf 0,50 USD zurückgestuft. Sie würden aber weiterhin mit einem soliden Break-even bei Headliners im nächsten Jahr rechnen. Bei einem Gewinn von 0,05 USD je Aktie lasse sich auf Basis der aktuellen Notierungen (0,10 USD) ein KGV von 2 errechnen. Laut den "Hot Stocks Investor"-Experten impliziere die Kurszielprognose von 0,50 USD ein KGV von 10. Auf aktuellem Niveau wäre das also eine glatte Verfünffachung.

Die Experten von "Hot Stocks Investor" stufen den Headliners-Titel mit "strong speculative buy" ein.

der Umsatz hat sich bis jetzt gegenüber gestern mehr als vervierfacht, der Kurs steigt und ich warte weiter mit meinen shares ab.

und befindet sich bereits im Aufwärtstrend. Die Aktie hat in den USA bereits 50% seit dem Tiefststand gutgemacht und ist auf dem Weg nach oben. Ich bin gespannt, wie weit die noch laufen!

Headliners Signs Contract to Acquire Chain of Dance Clubs

MONTCLAIR, N.J., June 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Headliners Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:HLNR) announced today that it has signed binding agreements to acquire a chain of dance clubs. The chain includes ten club complexes, located in Columbia SC, St. Louis MO, Miami FL, Tulsa OK, Kansas MO, Omaha NE, Jackson MS, Cincinnati OH, Tucson AZ, and Louisville KY. The agreements provide for closing of the acquisition as soon as the audits of the financial statements of the clubs are completed.

This clubs currently generate over $20,000,000 in annualized revenue, with a 15% pre-tax profit.

The clubs have to date been owned and operated by JHF Properties, LLC, which is headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. JHF Properties will continue to manage the clubs after the acquisition from its Ohio offices. JHF's two executives will remain with JHF, and will provide consulting and management services for five years.

Ed Rodriguez, Headliners Chairman, CEO, and President of the company, commented as follows: "The process was slow, and the doubters were loud, but the result is excellent. We knew from the outset of our negotiations that our two organizations belonged together, and the time was well spent finding just the right formula to maximize profit and potential while minimizing problems and expenses."

"I believe that our combined revenue for 2005 will easily reach or exceed 30 million dollars, with no reduction in the existing profitability of the clubs we are acquiring. With the addition of club complexes already in construction and with those to be added in the next year, Headliners is heading towards becoming the leader in its field."
