2Q?

The SkunK mentioned a week ago that the company received a five day extension to file the 2Q. That is not out of the ordinary. It would make it due COB on the 19th. However they have still not filed after seven days. This is out of the ordinary. They now appear to be on the delinquent list and on 24th (Monday) will have an "E" at the end of the Symbol. I do not know what is up with the delinquent filing.

Q2 sieht mies aus – die haben nicht mal das Geld ihre Raffinerien zu betreiben.

wurde... die brauchen wirklich ganz dringend ne finanzierung...

....aber mit jedem Tag steigen die Kosten, und sinken die Erträge, wenn nicht ordentlich produziert werden kann. Keine Finanzierung heißt soviel wie zusperren. Wirst sehen..

eine andere firma kauft die vorhandenen facilities bzw. greenshift ... oder sie bekommen anders noch eine finanzierung hin...

hop oder top das war von vorn herein klar ;)

neue Aktien raushauen...oder noch besser eine Tochterfirma übernimmt den laden wieder und haut ebenfalls neue Aktien raus...so läuft das in dem Laden doch schon seit mind- 3 jahren....

Das heisst um genau zu sein 28.661.473  $ an YA Global  Investments,  L.P.,

und die shares sind bei einem Kurs von 0,00675 $ berechnet beim jetzigen Kurs würden das mehr als doppelt so viele sein,da reichen die authorisierten shares von 10.000.000.000 Stück gar nicht mehr aus LOL...

und ohne Zustimmung von YA dürfen die keine shares ausgeben....

und ich hoffe immernoch bzw. glaube das sie eine Refinanzierung hinkriegen.

Die Frage ist nur wann und vor allem wie ?

Ist auf jeden Fall weiter spannend hier...

hab auch noch n paar Flocken drin ... na, Obama will doch die grüne Welle .. also, soll er hier halt anfangen!

Nebraska ethanol industry recovering
An important indicator that the ethanol industry is recovering, Sneller said, is the "modest job increase" they saw in the ethanol industry while reviewing state ethanol data comparing 2008 to 2009."While overall it may only be a couple of dozen jobs on a statewide basis, it is an important signal because we were in a period of real economic turmoil in the ethanol sector, but yet we didn't see layoffs in those plants, even the ones that went through bankruptcies, and in a couple of cases we saw companies use this time to modify their plants to create addition production capabilities, such as corn oil extraction," Sneller said.

Looks like the Ethanol Industry is still moving forward, and the percentage of corn oil extraction units at sites continues to increase.

Reports of SkunK's demise have been exaggerated. I have been on the road and my computer time is daily but limited - due to not being inside my room very long. Will try to return to my routine in a week or so. Having GREAT weather!

"Corn oil extraction should give us a carbon credit as a co-product. However, it also improves the energy efficiency of the plant by, among other things, reducing the energy use as we no longer have to dry the corn oil as a part of the distillers grains. This type of innovation is happening so quickly the regulators in DC and their models can't keep up. Yet, the ethanol industry is on the verge of being held back by these outdated models."

Mal sehen ob sich das positiv auf GERS auswirkt...
