("Guerrero" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:GEX) is pleased to announce that the permitting application is underway with drilling scheduled to commence in early 2013 at its high-grade copper project at Cerro Azul in Guerrero State, Mexico, subject to permit approval and rig availability.

The 260 km² copper-gold Cerro Azul Project is located in the Guerrero state in the highly productive Southern Mexican Gold Belt.

As described in the Press Release dated May 26, 2011, a 5.3 km by 0.8 km zone of rock chip and soil copper anomalism was delineated and priority drill target areas have since been confirmed by an Induced Polarization (IP) geophysical survey. Copper values as high as 10% Cu from rock chips and 1.8% Cu in soil samples are present.

Predictive Discovery Announces New Artisanal Gold Rush on Laterite Hill Goldfield


Predictive Discovery announced that a large gold rush has occurred at the Madyabari artisanal site within the Laterite Hill Goldfield in its Eastern Burkina Faso gold project. Company geologists inspected the site recently and estimate that there are at least 5,000 people there. Artisanal miners are thought to have been drawn to the site from a radius of at least 80km. The gold rush commenced in July 2012, during the rainy season. Prior to that time, there were no more than 20 persons at the historic workings. The company has now started geological mapping at Madyabari in preparation for a small RC drilling program in December 2012. This represents a high grade gold target and fits with the company's strategy of testing high grade gold targets in the Eastern Burkina Faso 3,000m drilling program.

Third set of assay results confirm and expand continuity of high-grade target

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 3, 2012) - Pilot Gold Inc. (TSX:PLG) ("Pilot Gold" or the "Company") is very pleased to report that assay results from eight new diamond drill holes from the 2012 program at the TV Tower project in Turkey continue to return long intervals of gold, silver and copper mineralization with areas of exceptionally high grades.

Drill hole KCD-50 highlights the third consecutive set of strong assay results at the Kucukdag (KCD) target, returning 193 g/t gold, 9.8 g/t silver and 0.46% copper over 12.0 metres. DRILL RESULTS OF 7M AT 27.1 G/T AU INCLUDING 1M AT 159 G/T AU AT SOUTH DARLOT GOLD PROJECT CONFIRM HISTORICAL DRILLING OF HIGH GRADE GOLD

Significant gold intercepts have been revealed through Central Iron Ore Ltd.'s recent drilling program at its South Darlot gold project. The results from the first 14 holes, which included gold grades of up to 159 grams per tonne (g/t), support historical and earlier work conducted on the project area. The recent drilling program focused on the first two of the 31 gold targets identified within the South Darlot gold project area (being 24 targets located on tenements that are the subject of the Barrick joint venture and seven targets on 100-per-cent-CIO-owned tenements).

Highlights

Significant gold intercepts:
> Four metres at 50.3 g/t Au including one m at 158 g/t Au from 43 m;
> Seven m at 27.1 g/t Au including one m at 159 g/t Au from 46 m;
> Four m at 23.2 g/t Au including one m at 81.8 g/t Au from 28 m;

Endeavour prospect:
> Eight reverse circulation drill holes for 502 m;
> One geotechnical diamond hole tail for 52 m;

Mermaid prospect:
> Six reverse circulation drill holes for approximately 421 m;

Barrick joint venture:
> On completion of the drilling program spend the company envisages that it will have earned a 51-per-cent interest in the Barrick JV tenements. CIO can earn an additional 19-per-cent interest (equal to a total interest of 70 per cent) by spending an additional $250,000 (Australian).
