Dewmar International BMC, Inc. According to, Dr. Charles Achane, the President of the Louisiana Veterans Business Outreach Center(LVBOC), Dewmar, by way of Dr. Marco Moran being a major shareholder, met all of the requirements of the Small Business Act 15 USCS, Section 632 and Federal SBA Regulations 13 CFR Parts 121 and 124 -- and 13 C.F.R. 125.8 -- 125.10 as an official Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE). "I plan to work closely with Dr. Moran over the next few weeks to introduce him to beverage procurement directors at two of the largest military bases in the state of Louisiana -- Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, LA and Fort Polk Army Base in Leesville, LA," said Dr. Charles Achane.
