spannend besonders, daß der umsatzgewichtete CMF grün geworden ist - es fließt Geld IN die Aktie Man schaue mal rückwärts wo das auch so war ... da ging es ordentlich hoch und by the way: besonders waren die Umsätze gestern noch nicht - man sieht, daß allein 100.000 Stück im KAUF den Kurs schon 40 % bewegen.... Mal sehen wenn news kommen und ne Million Stücke ins BID gehen.

 

da dürften die news drinstehen: Burcon wird spätestens bis zum 23. November 2018 einen Änderungsbericht, der die vorgeschriebene Offenlegung nach MI 61-101 enthält, abgeben.

RE:Good morning,evening!! So ignore, for now, the fund raising. What matters here is the NR on the JV. I've been in this stock waiting for a deal on Pea protein for at least 6 years. I never expected it to be as good as this though. Burcons' other big deal has not materialised; Clarisoy being the perfect ingredient at the wrong time. Soy is out of favour, unless anyone hasn't realised. That being said, we had a good idea of the figures involved with the deal. Somewhere between $10-12/KG of protein for Burcon, paid by ADM as a royalty. The NR released states that the new factory will process 20k tonnes of peas. What does that mean? I'm speaking with the CEO this week so discover what this means. 20k tonnes of protein though at $10 per kG would equate to $200m of which $80m would go to BU. Extrapolate that at x20 2020E and you're talking a market cap of $1.6B or $20 a share. Clearly this may be pie in the sky thinking. After all, what does 20k tonnes of peas mean? But even if it's 1/5th of that the stock has a long way to go. More to the point, the new blend of pea/canola seems to be totoally unique. I sold this at $.50 and watched it drop to 13 cents, at which point the CEO and other insiders all bought in. I bought again at 16 cents on the back of it. This deal has been a very long time in the making. My feeling is that $1.13 will seem very very cheap in the not too distant future.
