I'll do 2 uploads. This first URL, is my worksheet tracking the 40 ISIN Codes listing as ACTIVE per DTC as WMIH CORP securities. (legacy WMI); as shown in my post I am replying to.

The pink highlighted ones indicate securities converted to bonds, and eventually liquidated or matured, and some appear International possibly.

The non-highlighted print represents Active securities pumping out cash investment every month.

And again, they represent 2 things: liquidated accumulated cash over the last 10 years in BK, and secondly, ongoing cash producing securities....

Corporation Service Company and that address is just the registered agent for WMIH CORP, as holding company of Mr COOPER. Notice the Delaware address. Its what all US corporations, big and small, use. CSC represents probably thousands of companies as their registered agent, and basically keeps all their filings with the state up to date. There are many other services they provide if you look further.

10 years of money + interest, isn't flowing yet, as the year hasn't ended. The trusts always disperse to investors at end of year. If you released, we are all making good interest on that money. So when it comes to you, it'll be worth it.

Holy moly, to clarify why they are paid once a year.....I found these instruments on ANNA, and they are listed as bonds that calculate interest on an annual basis. So investors are only getting annually paid.

I just started tracking the half of the 40 WMIH CORP ISIN security codes that I had previously posted, that were not listed by Schwab as Matured or Liquidated.

You can get a free ANNA-web.org ISIN bond library access account. This allows you to find and record each one. I've only looked at two, and they are CFI instruments, ie mutual funds that track other mutual funds. They do exist. These two ISIN coded bonds are titled Washington Mutual Savings Bank Seattle, 4% and 4.8% ACT 365.

Gonna go thru the rest of them, probably take a while.

Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. ("Nationstar") fusioniert, wobei Nationstar weiterhin eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft von WMIH bleibt (die "Fusion").

Somit ist doch bestätigt das WMIH die Muttergesellschaft und Nationstar selbständige Tochtergesellschaft weiter besteht. Es gibt also einen Unterschied.

klar, um die Nols  zu verwenden, MUSS WMIH als Muttegesellschaft erhalten bleiben.

Das schreibt das US Finanzgesetz.
Wäre die Firma als solche nach den Insolv. verschwunden, wären die Nols auch entfallen.

Aber gut , dass das  jetzt für jedem KLAR ist.

Es gibt keinen Unterschied zwischen WMIH und COOP - das steht im offiziellen Jahresbericht 2019 von COOP auch genauso drin:

WMIH hat 2018 über eine dafür gegründete Tochtergesellschaft „Wand Merger“ Nationstar übernommen. Wand hat sich im Zuge dessen mit Nationstar zusammengeschlossen - dadurch wurde Nationstar zu einem Tochterunternehmen von WMIH, Nationstar wurde danach von der Börse delistet.

Wie Sonifaris schreibt, musste das so erfolgen (WMIH musste „der Käufer“ sein), weil sonst die NOLs nutzlos gewesen wären.

Im Anschluß daran hat WMIH seinen Namen in „Mr Cooper“ mit dem Tickersymbol „COOP“ geändert. Nationstar Mortgage LLC und Nationstar Capital Corporation sind immer noch Tochterunternehmen von COOP.

Es gibt also keine separate WMIH mehr (und auch keinen Unterschied zwischen „WMIH“ und „Mr Cooper“), weil das ehemals als WMIH gelistete Unternehmen seinen Namen in Mr Cooper geändert hat.

Wenn AZ etc mit ihren Theorien Recht hätten, würde Mr Cooper an mehreren Stellen im offiziellen Jahresbericht 2019 schlicht und einfach lügen.

Das „Bla Bla“ ist die simple Erklärung mit Quelle, warum es keinen Unterschied zwischen COOP und WMIH gibt.

Aber Du kannst gern weiter glauben, dass Mr Cooper in den Jahresberichten einfach lügt - warum auch nicht.

Das sind nicht die einzigen die in U..... lügen

WMI muss bestehen bleiben, sonst sind die NOL`s weg.

Die Frage ist nur wenn die NOL´s aufgebraucht sind, welcher Name bestehen bleibt ??.

Aber nach Analysten werden es dieses Jahr so um die 2 400 Mill. $  werden -
somit wären rein rechnerisch noch + 20 % drinnen , also 26,50 $ ....aber die könnten schon im Sept. 20 fallen !
Bei 5 Börsen Tagen und einem gutem Umfeld ...Ich bleibe Positiv und erwarte mir bis zum 31.12.20 nee gute Hausnummer mit  40 $ !

Achso was interessantes noch ... normalerweise ist ein MK bei wenigstens 2 fachen vom Umsatz !^!
Die Masse ist aber bei 3 - 5 fachen ist dass nun eine (Verschwörungstheorie) .

Finde auch dass "Bla Bla" nicht wirklich hilfreich ist.

Wer mag nun zu der Aussage von Speaker Stellung nehmen ?
Folgendes wurde vorgelegt:

Kann das widerlegt werden ?
Darum geht es doch letztendlich.
Das wäre dann eine konstruktive Diskussion.
Aber so wie es aktuell wieder läuft kommen wir nicht weiter.
Nur gut dass wir nur noch bis Dezember warten müssen, um zu wissen wer Recht hat.

Was ist im Dezember?  

WMI muss bestehen bleiben, sonst sind die NOL`s weg.

Die Frage ist nur wenn die NOL´s aufgebraucht sind, welcher Name bestehen bleibt ??.

Die 6 Mrd brauchen Zeit , es dürfen NUR mit Gewinne abgerechnet, tja ich schätze, mindestens noch 10Jahre bis alle Nol s auf nULL sind.  Es dürfen auch nur ein bestimmt Prozentsatz Jählich mit den Gewinn abgerechnet werden , ODER? Danach könnte WMIH wieder verschwinden.
