Ich habe Dir nur beschrieben, was die ihub Leute schreiben (mit Quelle). Es wird als nächstes Datum (ich glaube von AZC) zB auch der 15 Dezember für eine Dividendenzahlung durch WMIH genannt... :-)

Die diversen Theorien bei ihub widersprechen sich (und der Realität) ständig, sie sind auch noch nie eingetreten, das wird sich meiner Meinung nach auch nächste Woche nicht ändern - es wird sich ja in jedem Fall leicht nachprüfen lassen.

Woher kommen die? ´Versteh nichts mehr,aber danke. Warte noch,was justnormal sagt.

wahrscheinlich über/ durch verteilung der "neuen" 3,5 milliarden neuer aktien zu einem wert/ preis X
meine zahl die ich dazu im kopf habe, ist/sind 5,49$ pro neuer aktie(escrow).
lassen wir uns überraschen...vor allem diejenigen, die "damals" release erteilt hatten ;-)

Ich kenne keine schlechtere Fa. die so gearbeitet hat.

Zum 15.12 würde ich mich auf eine Auszahlung freuen.. bin zwischen den Feuertagen sowieso in Friedrichshafen ein paar Tage entspannem..  Würde so gut passen :)

wenn du den 15.12.2021 meinst und mit Auszahlung 0,01-0,03 $cent pro Q Escrow meinst, dann könnte es hinhauen.

Die gleichen Witzig Bewerter, wie als ich bezüglich der Trustverlängerung gepostet hatte.

zu deinem Post möchte ich dir voll zustimmen !
Mir geht es darum das sich Aktionäre auch eine Meinung über Informationen machen können die sich vielleicht nicht so im US Forum bewegen.
Wenn sich jemand eingearbeitet hat und diese Informationen aus den USA als falsch erklären kann Super! Ein Beispiel ist JusticeWillWin. Er bringt seine Bedenken im US Forum an und bekommt auch eine Antwort darauf.
Wenn aber einer wie Neverenough nur alles ins Negative schreibt ohne überhaupt zu verstehen um was es geht dann hat das was mit Verunsicherung von Aktionären zu tun und hat einen Plan.
Er könnte ja mal seine Sichtweise auf irgendein Posting z.B. von AZC kundtun, faktisch und aufzeigen wo er falsch liegt nicht nur bla bla. Dann wäre das eine saubere Sache die ich gern unterstützen würde. Aber diese Negativpropaganda die er betreibt hat einen Hintergrund, stinkt zum Himmel und ist auch leicht durchschaubar.

Who says powerful professionals are not kind and benevolent!

I have a simply request good sir.
May I share this with some fellow old WMI shareholders as there is a lot of confusion as to what is going on.

Of course if you direct me that it is ok I would,at your request remove all references to you or your firm. I ask this as only to sooth the confusion and angst that is raging amongst some old escrow holders. Sometimes we feel like mushrooms in a closet begging for sunlight that is almost never existent.

Habe den Beitrag von AZC mal kurz durchgelesen, allerdings seine Schlussfolgerung ("A, B, C") ist fuer mich nicht ganz schluessig. Er bezieht sich auf "The approved' contractual Settlement and DS, originally submitted on 12/12/2011", gibt es eine "Filling #" dazu, sodass man die inhaltliche Relevanz der Verjaehrungsfrist beurteilen kann?
