Trotz Mini-Inflation hatten Beobachter eine ruhige Hand der EZB erwartet. Die senkte nun aber nicht nur die Leitzinsen, sondern überraschte auch mit der Ankündigung von Wertpapierkäufen.

Bei 1,44 sind das 260MCad also ungefähr 10% vom. NPV incl Blue River. Erwirbt ein JV Partner 51% für 132MCad, gibt CCE im Gegenzug 92,000,000 neue Aktien. Der JV Partner verpflichtet sich zur Finanzierung über ein Covered Bond den er bei der EZB einreicht und er nimmt 50% vom Feedstock ab, der Rest wird nach China verhökert.
270.000.000 CCE Aktien, mit gesichertem Minenaufbau und Abnahmegarantie sind wohl was wert? 20% vom NPV also 520M also roundabout 2cad pro Aktie ;-))

Vielleicht steigt ja auch der CanFond mit 25% plus einer Goldenen VW Aktie ein ;-))

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 26, 2014) - Matrix Asset Management Inc. (the "Company" or "Matrix") (MTA.TO) previously reported that it does not satisfy the continued listing requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"). As a result, Matrix applied on December 5, 2013 to voluntarily delist from the TSX: that delisting is expected to take effect March 28, 2014. The delisting affects only Matrix Common shares and does not affect any of the funds managed by subsidiaries of Matrix.

Over the past several months the Matrix Board of Directors and management have been involved in a strategic review of the Company in order to address its present debt obligations and to provide liquidity options for its shareholders. The independent members of the Matrix Board of Directors have retained independent legal counsel as well as an independent valuator to determine the value of the Company's Common shares. The results of that valuation are expected in the coming weeks and will assist Matrix in its strategic analysis.

Matrix had applied in December for an alternative stock exchange but to date that application has not been approved. In light of the discussions with regulators of that alternative exchange and analysis prepared by management, Matrix has concluded that a listing, if granted, would not provide sufficient liquidity to be meaningful to shareholders. As a result Matrix has decided to withdraw its application for an alternative listing until the strategic review is complete.

Die paar 100k werden den Kurs doch nicht negativ beeinflussen können. Denn lt. dc2000 will ja angeblich niemand verkaufen, also werden die von Matrix Asset Mgmt. abgegebenen CCE - Aktien gierig von (deutschen ?) Anlegern aufgesogen werden,die Gesamtsumme liegt doch nur im niedrigen 5-stelligen Euro-Bereich.

Die EZB will deshalb die Kredite der Banken an Privatpersonen und Unternehmen aufkaufen - über die ABS-Konstruktion. So haben Banken sofort nach dem Kreditgeschäft Kapital für neue Kredite. Das ist der Plan.

Marquest has basically bought Matrix and absorbed their share position in everything including Commerce Resources Corp.



Both Matrix and Marquest are active participants in “Flow Through” financings, which if I have not explained before, please let me know.



Overall, the President of Marquest, Gerry Brockelsby, told me just at the beginning of this year, that he wanted Marquest to continue to hold approximately 9.9% of Commerce Resources, as he felt that we are a huge opportunity for his fund. This is interesting because he had not ever stated something like this before – as the fund was historically just a “Flow Through” fund – so this was good news to hear.

I would expect that this is still their intention – to hold just under 10% of CCE – for the long haul. However, I will send this information to my associates at Marquest to double check.

Inflation: EZB rechnet mit 800 Milliarden Euro für neue Hilfsprogramme


Hamburg - Die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) rechnet derzeit damit, dass ihre neuen Hilfsprogramme auf ein Volumen von bis zu 800 Milliarden Euro kommen. Diese Summe umfasse alle geplanten Maßnahmen, heißt es nach SPIEGEL-Informationen unter Notenbankern – also Aufkaufprogramme für strukturierte Wertpapiere (ABS) und Pfandbriefe sowie Finanzspritzen für Banken. EZB-Chef Mario Draghi habe die Zahl nach der Ratssitzung vergangene Woche jedoch nicht kommuniziert, weil sie noch zu unsicher sei.

Mit dem Maßnahmenpaket will Draghi die zu niedrige Inflationsrate bekämpfen. Der Aufkauf von ABS soll es Banken zudem erleichtern, neue Kredite zu vergeben. In ABS werden Kreditrisiken gebündelt. Doch die EZB will das Risiko dieser Papiere nicht vollständig übernehmen. Für riskantere Papiere sollen staatliche Institutionen Ausfallgarantien gewähren.
Diskutiert wurden in diesem Zusammenhang Einrichtungen wie die Europäische Investitionsbank oder die deutsche Staatsbank KfW. KfW-Chef Ulrich Schröder allerdings sieht die KfW "nicht in der Rolle als Garantiegeber für die risikoreichen Tranchen von europäischen ABS". Die "höchsten Risiken" jedes Landes müssten auch von den jeweiligen nationalen Institutionen aufgefangen werden. "Sonst ist das ein Schritt in Richtung Haftungsgemeinschaft", sagt Schröder.

China REE Exports Spike Following WTO Ruling

China’s rare earth exports shot up by over 31 percent last month. The spike comes after the WTO ruled last month that China’s quotas and export duties on the resource went against WTO rules, according to the Economic Times.
