Ein Kanadisches Forum diskutiert über die rechtlichen Schritte von CBW :-))
Ein ziehmlich "Troll-Genervter" User Schrieb folgendes ...
As I've said before, it is obvious the more "aggressive" posters on this forums have a personal agenda annd that is to undermine CBW and negatively impact their capital raise efforts and execution of their business model.
In so much as those efforts are instigated by a reporting entity and are slanderous, there can be significant consequences. For example if a competing public cannabis company starts slamming CBW in order to undermine investor confidence, there should be legal recourse and it should be severe.
If a car company starts spreading rumours that their competitor is "killing babies" and no fit mother should buy their cars, you think there isn't going to be any legal backlash ?
It's obvious through the direct nature of the posts and the obvious venemous comments directed at wheaton management that this is EXACTLY what is happening here.
You want to act like a child having a tantrum because someone has a better business model.... then you should get spanked, and in this case spanked hard.
People are stupid and truly don't understand the ease of finding out where something came from. A "court order" here, and a "regulatory compliance" there, and bango.... out pops a list of email and IP addresses and you can not only determine where and who, but what specific computer something was sent from... ya I'm a technology guy.
Wheaton should call people to task, and it has nothing to do with being "the man" or suppressing information or being fearful..... It has to do with their fiduciary responsibility on behalf of the company and shareholders to do what is necessary in the best interests of the company. I would expect no less.
If someone breaks in to your house and threatens your family... you take a really big gun, shoot him in the head and then piss on his corpse for good measure.
Wheaton has a pretty big gun with Bennet Jones, and lets see how well the "troublemakers" can grow Cannabis after they get their company pissed on.
My advice to any Cannabis company trying to sabotage wheaton, thier management, or simply investors... if you're concerned about what Wheaton is doing, be SMART, improve your business, and focus more internally then trying to sabotage your competition.... doing the latter will just come back to bite you.
Cheerio all, have a great weekend, it looks to be very sunny and nice outdoors.... especially if you are cheering for Wheaton's success.
:-)
