ich es richtig verstehe, dass "Der Markt" enttäuscht ist, ist es, weil der CEO eher keine Partnerschaften speziell für Dux möchte. Effekt, es dauert womöglich  länger und es gibt keine Meilensteinzahlungen - außerdem wird es etwas kosten, was durch hohe Zinsen gerade teuer wird - dafür wird bei Erfolg erheblich mehr Geld zur Firma fließen. Das Mittel gegen Asthma mit diesen hohen Wirkungsgraden fast ohne Nebenwirkung würde ein Vervielfacher - aber eben vielleicht und irgendwann in der Zukunft.

Conclusion

Arrowhead is well on its way to achieving its “20 in 25” goal with continued positive developments for a number of its development candidates. We look forward to Phase 2 results for the company’s cardiometabolic candidates at the AHA meeting in November 2023. The ARO-RAGE data continues to impress, and we view it as de-risking for the entire pulmonary program. With no changes to our model our valuation remains at $80 per share.

gute Nachrichten, aber das bedeutet, dass sie ganz viel Geld brauchen, um daraus das fertige Medikament zu machen. Weil Indikatoren wieder für vielleicht mehr Inflation sprechen, wird eher da verkauft, wo Firmen Geld benötigen.

Grund: in der Telefonkonferenz wird der CEO vom Mani Analyst und Kritiker, in eine Diskussion der Finanzierung hereingezogen und er wirkt unsicher und lässt es offen, bis 2026, wo vielleicht ein Medikament fertig ist. Heißt, der Markt hält auch eine Kap-Erhöhung für möglich.

Die gesamt Pipeline läuft genauso wie vorher.

Außerdem hat der Markt wohl eher positiv Überraschungsnews erwartet.
