ARISE Technologies Corporation ("ARISE" or

the "Company") (TSX: APV and Frankfurt: A3T), a leader in

high-performance, high-quality, cost-effective solar technology, today

announced the filing of a preliminary prospectus supplement to its

September 29, 2009 base shelf prospectus in connection with a brokered

offering of up to $15,000,000 of Units plus a 15% over allotment option

(the "Offering").  Each Unit will consist of one common share and one

common share purchase warrant. Pricing of the Units will be determined

in the context of current market pricing. The share purchase warrants

will expire on a date to be agreed between the Company and the co-lead

agents, between June 11, 2012 and two years following their issuance

unless such date is accelerated in accordance with the terms of the

share purchase warrants. ARISE has entered into an engagement letter

with NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc. and Raymond James Ltd. to act

as co-lead agents for the Offering, which will be conducted on a "best

efforts" basis.

Closing of the Offering is subject to final pricing and TSX approval.

The proceeds of the Offering will be used to substantially fund the

purchase of equipment for a third PV Cell production line at the

Company's German PV Cell production facility ("Line 3"), to repay the

outstanding $1.75 million bridge loan from Haverstock Master Fund, Ltd.

and Trenrasp, LLC and for general corporate purposes.

In addition to other customary closing conditions to be set out in the

agency agreement to be entered into in respect of the Offering, closing

of the Offering will be subject to the Company and its wholly owned

subsidiary, ARISE Technologies Deutschland GmbH, ("ARISE Germany")

entering into an agreement with Commerzbank AG, in a form satisfactory

to the co-lead agents acting reasonably, that confirms that upon

receipt of the proceeds from the Offering, the conditions of the Trust

Agreement (as described in the preliminary prospectus supplement)

relating to the receipt of financing necessary to implement Line 3 will

be satisfied.

Da gabs wohl keine andere Möglichkeit mehr an Kapital zu kommen ,als über eine Kapitalerhöhung .Das ist immer der letzte Schritt...vor dem nächsten und wohl auch dann vor dem letzten.

bei Arise bleibt erstmal abzuwarten wie die Kapitalerhöhung verkraftet wird. Kurzfristig sicher noch belastend. Die positiven News sollten hier jedoch wieder Überhand nehmen und hier wird der Wert auch durchweg zum Kauf empfohlen:

Ontario’s 20-Year Energy Plan to Boost Nuclear, Wind, Solar

Nov. 23 (Bloomberg) -- The government of Ontario, Canada’s most populous province, announced plans to spend billions of dollars more on nuclear reactors, wind and solar projects and to eliminate coal plants by 2014.

Ontario, which generates more than a third of Canada’s output, is to use C$87 billion ($85 billion) to build at least two nuclear plants and refurbish 10 others over the next 20 years, as well as pay for new wind, solar and biomass projects, the province said today.

“Our energy plan is an economic plan with Ontario at the forefront of clean energy, creating a new industry and new jobs,” Brad Duguid, Ontario’s minister of energy, said in an e- mailed statement.

Nuclear energy is to receive the largest chunk of capital spending at C$33 billion, followed by C$14 billion for wind power, $9 billion for solar power and $4.6 billion for hydro- electricity. The plan also marked C$12 billion for conservation, C$9 billion for transmission lines, C$4 billion for biomass, and C$1.88 billion for natural gas.

The long-term plan, which has been hinted at in government statements this year, kept nuclear power at its current rate of half of the province’s energy mix while maintaining the government’s pledge to eliminate 6.4 gigawatts of coal power in four years.

Higher Rates Planned

The province, home to 13.2 million people, plans to boost household and small-business electricity rates by 3.5 percent a year over the next 20 years. By then homeowners will pay about double what they pay now, while demand will rise about 15 percent, the plan said. Industrial rates are to increase by 2.7 percent annually over the same period.

The plan targets industrial consumers to cut their power use by 20 percent to save 5,840 megawatts by 2020 in conservation efforts that the plan calls “among the most aggressive in North America.”

Half of the conservation target is expected from the commercial sector and the residential sector is to contribute 30 percent.

The government offered a 10 percent rebate on electricity bills to homeowners and small businesses on Nov. 18. That more than countered an 8 percent rise in bills in May after changes to the provincial sales tax.

Under that program, a typical home with a monthly bill of C$128 will see a yearly reduction of C$153.60 on their electricity bills, the government said.

Mit anderen Worten, der Großteil der staatlichen Investitionen wird in Kernkraft investiert!! Kanada springt dann auf den Zug mit auf!! Allein 33 Mrd C$ werden in die Kernkraft gepumt!!

Hoffentlich reicht das an Investionsvolumen, ansonsten gäbe es die Alternative, noch mehr in Die Kernkraft zu subventionieren oder in anderen Energiespaten Investitionskürzungen vorzunehmen!!

"Sonnige Aussichten" sehen meines Erachtens anders aus!!
