ALAMEDA, Calif. -(Dow Jones)- Calypte Biomedical Corp. (CALY) faces delisting from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market for failure to meet listing criteria for net assets, market capitalization and net income.
Calypte's stock closed Wednesday at 26 cents, up 1 cent, or 4%.

In a press release Wednesday, Calypte said it has requested an oral hearing with the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to review Nasdaq's determination.

Pending a hearing and final decision, the company's stock will continue to traded on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

The company is pursuing all means to remain listed on the exchange, including getting an investment, a merger, an asset sale, or a financial restrucuturing.

If it is ultimately delisted, the company shares would likely trade on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board.

If the company were delisted from Nasdaq, any outstanding balance on its 6% convertible debenture would become due. They company's equity line of financing is also dependent on continued Nasdaq listing.

On April 12, the company said it received notice that its share price wasn't in compliance with SmallCap listing requirement for net assets.

ich kann mich nur teils freuen, da ich tapfer gehalten habe und trotz +73 % im minus stecke. aber ramsi ich sagte dir ja im chart kauf die.

Unter 60 DM läuft gar nichts - Gebühren für $/Euroumrechnung kommen ja auch noch dazu.

Besserung ist in Sicht, wenn ab September über Xetra Amiwerte zu deutlich niedrigeren Gebühren gehandelt werden können.

erst vor wochen fragte ich mich das selbige. was ich kaufte war im anschluss ein schuss nach süden.
heute habe ich concept und lintec mit leichtem minus rausgeworfen. echt nervig die titel.
morgen evtl thiel. zur zeit kann man wirklich nur zocken. doch selbst teldafax die ich gestern gekauft habe steht heute schon wieder als vk fest, eigentlich hat der vorstand mit dem statement überzeugt doch die innere stimme sagt weg damit.
da kann man nur froh sein, dass depotleichen wieder zum leben erwachen.
mein dow put rast auch schon ins minus.
der neue markt ist ein scheiss markt. otc toal riskant und dow werte sind wie ausgemusterte rennpferde. ich sollte mich nach anderen märkten umschauen, nur welche haben wirkliches potential?

Caly hat immer ein hohes Rückfallpotential..kann schnell wieder bei 0,25 USD sein..

Was mich wundert sind die relativ starken wachsenden Umsätze der letzten Tage

und die starke Kursentwicklung gegen den Nasi-Trend.....

Ich verkoofe nicht .....hab Zeit......

bin erst gestern abend eingestiegen, alles unter 0,70 täte mir weh ( im Gegensatz zu Dir ), daher: SAFETY FIRST - heute morgen zur Eröffnung raus. Andere Töchter haben auch schöne Mütter...

Neenee, beim Verkaufen bin ich - mittlerweile - radikal ( oder mit Dr. Udo B. "radikalst" ). Habe einfach keine Lust mir ein langes Elend anzutun. Die Erfahrung, speziell bei solchen hochgezockten Werten ( QXL, E - Net, NetObjects, Aastrom etc. ) zeigt: erst beginnts zu bröckeln, bröckelbröckelbröckel und plötzlich bricht der Kurs weg wie hastenichgesehn und dann is der Jammer groß und der gute Rat wird minütlich teurer. Dann traust Du Dich nich mehr zu verkaufen und erlernst die Kunst des Wartens... Nee Du, wer bremst verliert, auch an der Börse, DEN Nerv tu ich mir definitiv nicht an. Lieber ein schneller Schnitt solange alles noch im finanziellen Wohlfühlbereich ist. Und ob Caly sobald wieder hochkommt bezweifle ich. Lieber ausgestiegen und souverän und entspannt von außen observiert.

alldieweil ich mach mal auf Erholung ( irgendwann muß mal sein ). Die 0,70+ wünsche ich Dir, bin im Moment unfähig /-willig zu irgendwelchen Prognosen, ist mir momentan zu anstrengend. Glaube aber, bei 0,50 ist ersma Ende der Fahnenstange, spätestens da werden wieder viele verkoofen. Ob längerfristig mehr drin is? Dazu isses fundamental zu ungewiß, da müßten neue News kommen.
