Paulbaer hatte hier einen nützlichen Post gesetzt bezüglich der Abstimmung von "overseas" also auch uns Deutschen.
Daraus habe ich nochmal die Antwort von AMC Investor Relations rauskopiert, in der 2 Varianten vorgeschlagen werden, wie man zu dem Stimmrecht kommen kann.
Die erste über Broker - oder halt auch eben Brokerwechsel.
Die zweite ist es sich für den Newsletter bei AMC Investor Relation zu registrieren, über den man dann mit sämtlichen Informationen und Inhalten versorgt wird,
und AMC wird wohl einen Rechtsanwalt haben über den ein Kontakt hergestellt wird im Sinne von Überprüfung ob man wirklich AMC share owner ist ( denke über Depotauszug)- und falls das bestätigt wird kann man über diesen Rechtsanwalt sein Stimmrecht geltend machen. Ich habe mich jedenfalls direkt auf der AMC Investor Relation Seite für die Zusendung aller Infos registriert:

As you know, the previously scheduled AMC Shareholder Meeting for May 4, 2021, has been postponed until July 29, 2021, with a new record date of June 2, 2021. If you own shares as of June 2, 2021, the brokerage firm that holds your shares will provide you with updated proxy and voting information.
If your brokerage firm does not allow voting, you can do two things:
You will be able to contact our proxy solicitor after the new proxy materials are issued to see if they can confirm your ownership, and if they can, you can vote through them. The information about our proxy solicitor will be available when we update the proxy materials. Be sure to sign up for AMC news here: investor.amctheatres.com/resources/email-alerts/default.aspx
Transfer your shares to a brokerage firm that does allow voting.
