Und jetzt bleibt alle mal ganz ruhig und wartet die nächsten Tage ab. Also ich nehme jetzt die günstigen Kurse mit und kaufe immer schön nach. Ich hoffe ja das es noch etwas weiter runter geht. Denn u. U. sehen wir bald keine 2 mehr vor dem Komma sondern eine 3 aber genauso kann es auch andersrum mit einer 1 kommen. Bin allerdings ganz zuversichtlich. Das wird scho werden.

 

Das soll jetzt aber keine Kauf- bzw. Verkaufsempfehlung sein!

Habe Natürlich nachgekauft der nässte schub kommt sicher und der wird nicht ohne sein denke ich ;-)

Bank of Ireland mach uns das vor da AIB eigentlich besser steht dürfte nicht lange dauern ihn zu folgen ;-)

Lenihan set to announce Nama estimates in Dáil

Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan will this morning finally reveal the cost to the taxpayer for buying up bad loans from the banks. The Dáil is returning early from its summer break to deal with the Nama (National Asset Management Agency) legislation in a debate which begins later today.

Nama is intended to stimulate lending by removing loans to developers who cannot currently afford to repay them due to the collapse in the property market.

Mr Lenihan last night summoned banks chiefs to his office to discuss the controversial plan ahead of this morning's final Cabinet meeting to decide the price at which Nama will purchase property loans from banks.

In the Dáil later today the Minister for Finance is expected to set out the quantity of bonds that will be issued to fund its purchase of loans.

The bond issue is expected to be in the region of €60 billion, implying a one-third discount from the original €90 milbillion.

Trade unions Siptu and the Technical Engineering and Electrical Union (TEEU) are to stage a protest over the controversial Nama plans outside Leinster House today at which Labour Party TDs and Senators are also expected to attend.

In a joint statement, TEEU general secretary designate Eamon Devoy and Siptu general president Jack O’Connor said the government was taking an incredible gamble with the taxpayers’ money.

“The debts recklessly incurred by greedy bankers are being shifted onto the shoulders of the taxpayers while PAYE workers are being thrown to the wolves by the Government,” they said.

However, Taoiseach Brian Cowen yesterday insisted the scheme was essential in aiding economic recovery, stating that failure to bring in Nama would condemn Ireland to a period of "economic stagnation or worse over a long period of time."

Speaking at the end of the two-day meeting of the Fianna Fáil parliamentary party at the Hodson Bay Hotel near Athlone, Co Westmeath, Mr Cowen said the Nama project had been designed to deal with the crisis in the banking sector while keeping the interests of the taxpayer in mind.

Dail shenanigans delay NAMA details

Disruption by Sinn Fein's Arthur Morgan, opposition calls for changes to the order of business on the first and second states of the NAMA Bill have delayed the unveiling of the long-awaited details of the Agency for at least an hour.
Ceann Comhairle John O'Donoghue briefly suspended the Dail debate twice after filibustering from Arthur Morgan.
He also refused to take questions from other deputies.
The Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan will shortly reveal the cost that the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) will pay for the loans it is buying from the main Irish banks.
Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny said he had "deep concerns" around the proposed overpayment of assets, saying it appeared to be a "massive bailout for banks, with no bailout for mortgage holders or taxpayers".
Labour Party leader Eamon Gilmore said the Nama Bill was the most important piece of economic legislation to come before the Dail since independence.
Sinn Fein's Caoimhghin O'Caolain called for a referendum on NAMA.

Der Haircut beträgt 30%, womit die NAMA  54 Mrd dafür zahlen wird:

"The discount or "haircut" will be in the region of 30pc, paying E54 billion for the loans, he said.
It will buy E24 billion in loans from AIB; E28 billion from Anglo Irish; E16 billion from Bank of Ireland; E1 billion from EBS and E8 billion from EBS."

"NAMA will buy loans from the five top banks to the value of E77 billion but the current market value of the loans held by the main banks is around E47 billion, Minister Lenihan told the Dail today.
He said that the estimate for the long-term economic value added another E7 billion."

BRIEF-AIB sees writedown of 3.7 bln euros; to raise 2 bln

unklug würde ich sagen da man lieber die gewinne laufen lassen sollte meine Meinung nach werden wir bald die 4 Euro überschritten haben..Ich bleibe nun auf Long Investiert, denn die Aussicht nach viel mehr sieht jetzt ganz gut aus  ;-)glg Prinz ;-)

 

ich bin aus aib und boi raus und habe in lloyds getauscht....

...bin seit mehreren Monaten bei AIB und BOI, auch bei LLOyds.

das sind meine lieblingslongies....mit sehr viel Luft nach oben.

Bei RBS müsste es doch auch bald rappeln, oder?

Bin am überlegen... war schon mal kurz drin, war nix....

denke nähmlich nach den news wirds kurz oder mittelfristig deutlich aufwärts gehen, können sogar bald 2 stellig werden, das wird bestimmt noch dauern, aber die 4 werden wir sicherlich bald knacken.
Bei RBS bin ich auch drin, denke aber das hier mehr Potential nach oben gegeben ist.

Nicht weit weg von der Realität AIB ist absolut unterbewertet zur zeit..

Aber das ist wie immer nur meine meinung jeder sol machen was er möchte ich Glaube an AIB`s wiederauferstehung die Jungs sind Fit ;-)

Dafür ist AIB`s pläne zu weit nach vorne und die Aufsichten sind ganz klar bei
