das könnte man, denke ich, so wegschicken:
Ladies and Gentleman!
Dear Mr. Byrnes!
As a shareholder of ALF Group Holdings AG ("ALF") I would like to know if Kingsley Finance Co Limited ("Kingsley") still owns the same amount of shares as announced earlier this year.
Most shareholders of ALF don't believe that short-selling can explain the immense sales-volume of the last weeks and months - there aren't enough shares in freefloat. Most shareholders think the only logical explanation is that Kingsley is selling its shares.
If you can acknowledge that Kingsley is not selling any of its shares and still owns the same amount as before, this would give a lot of confidence back to the sharelholders of your company ALF. If you have any proof for this, that also would be more than just welcome and will affect the pps instantly!
Sincerely yours,
XXX
