Ich habe mir erlaubt mal was aus einem anderen Forum auszuborgen- hier hat wohl ein User RECAF direkt angeschrieben und folgende Antwort erhalten: Hi ....., Hope you are doing well. It cert ainly has been a very exciting time the past few weeks. Thank you for being a shareholder and for your continued interest in ReconAfrica, and thank you for your question. The rig is currently moving to the second drilling location, 10 miles (16 km) away, and if everything goes smoothly we would expect the well to spud (start drilling), by the end of the month or in the very early days of May. It is a very important well to continue testing and confirming our geologic model of the basin. As you are likely aware, the first well exceeded pre drill expectations in terms of proving up a working hydrocarbon basin with excellent thickness of reservoir and shows of light oil and high quality natural gas. The cores from the first well as well as the logs and cuttings are being sent to Core Labs in the US for further evaluation and analysis. These encouraging results prompted our move to acquire our JV partner in Botswana, Renaissance Energy, in an all share transaction where by we acquired 15% more land for 11% dilution. We are also in the final stages of getting approval for a 450 km 2D seismic program in Namibia which will continue to help with the interpretation and understanding of the geological model and will also help identify additional drilling locations.
