Diatect Announces Record Sales for Call Center and 2009 Retail Initiatives HEBER CITY, Utah -- Diatect International Corporation (OTCBB: DTCT), a provider of eco-friendly insect control products, today announced record sales for its call center and its new retail initiatives for 2009. For the month of January, Diatect’s business development call center set sales records, with sales performance up 45% from the same period last year. Additionally the call center added 47 new accounts during the month. Diatect initiated a new promotional program for 2009 to highlight the benefits of Diatect’s environmentally friendly insecticides. The company is revamping its packaging under the guidance of Greg Corey, founder of Porch Light Studio (Atlanta). Porch Light’s design successes include such national brands as Home Depot, Rubbermaid, and Georgia Pacific. Porch Light’s efforts will focus on Diatect’s packaging, Point of Purchase (POP) promotion and labeling to make Diatect products more visible and stand out on the shelf.
