von denen habe, werden ja schon lange nicht mehr gehandelt. Hat man eigentlich noch irgendeinen Anspruch bei solchen Papieren bzw. muß/sollte man irgendwo dokumentieren lassen das man noch Anteile hat? Die Depots löschen den Eintrag ja nach einer Weile aber solange die Fa. nicht offiziell ausgetragen ist, kann man -zumindest theoretisch- seinen Anspruch dokumentieren. Also, wie händelt ihr das mit den Leichen??

Resplit gibt und die gute Anzahl ursprünglicher Aktien wieder in Deinem Depot stecken und Augrid an die Nasdaq kommt. So lange kann die Scheisse bei mir im Depot vergammgeln... Cu Röckefäller

There is a lot more to the real truth. Augrid never funded Alysium as promised . There was some funding in the beginning for thermocouple production (not the reason for acquiring the company but it looked good on a press release) that never took off due to insider sabotage. By January of 2004 paychecks started running late and from the end of January to May of 2004 no one was paid a salary. In May 2004 everyone, except the person who staged the coup with MJ, was abruptly fired and locked out of the office. Most personal belongings were thrown in the trash. The web site reported everything was great. At least 4 employees filed and won a wage claim with the State of Texas. MJ has 2 weeks to pay $40,000 in back pay or the state will put a lien on Augrid accounts. If we have to seize office furniture and sell it we will. All of this is public record in this state. As for Alysium not holding up to their part of the deal, there has been no Alysium since everyone was fired in May 2004. It has been hype. There is not a governing or law enforcement entity that is not looking for MJ. There is much more I could go into detail about but the main purpose of this is to let investors know this is a scam. I still own Augrid stock that is worthless. All fired employees received some stock for compensation but by the time MJ dumped his the value dropped to 1/3, hence the filing for lost wages.
