VUZIX CORP. NEW - es geht weiter ...

für 2,3 Milliarden zugeschlagen hat

Hab ich mir mal etwas Gedanken gemacht und mal Vuzix an die Stelle von Oculus gestellt.
Vuzix ist im Bereich der Brillen ein erfahrenes Unternehmen und kann schon auf einiges an technischem Wissen zurückgreifen.

Tendenziell wäre also eine Vuzix Aktie Stand 9,54 Millionen bei einem solchen Kaufangebot
241 $ wert.
Dazu rechne ich jetzt mal noch 7 Millionen Aktien durch Warrants, wenn ich mich da täusche, dann verbessert mich.

Also Aktienbestand 16,54 Millionen bei einem Kaufpreis wie bei Oculus:
139 $

Ist die Technik von Oculus so viel besser, dass es zu so einem Wertunterschied kommen kann und Vuzix trotz guter News und technischem Wissen bei einer Bewertung von 3,00 $ steht?!

Der Markt sagt derzeitig ja, aber was könnte mit Vuzix in der Zukunft geschehen?
Freue mich auf rege Diskussionen.  

Vuzix ist super aufgestellt, Produkte am Markt, Partnerschaften ala SAP, NTTDOCOMO...

Jetzt wieder die Spekulationsfrage am Morgen: Kommen gute oder schlechte News mit den Zahlen?!

denke das man das alles, mit oder ohne gute Zahlen aussitzen muss!
Es nervt mich auch das "scheinbar" nichts voran geht, aber das wird schon!!!!

Ich habe mit Vuzix bereits 2 mal 20% Plus gemacht und wollte heute früh (PST) auch wieder einmal zuschlagen, zum Glück habe ich das vorerst mal noch nicht getan.

Ich persönlich denke, dass die Aktie ein recht großes Potenzial hat- allerdings eher durch eine Übernahme, wie durch das Vorlegen von guten Zahlen. Oder habe ich i.was verpasst in meiner abwesenden Zeit? Gibt es i.welche Anzeichen für gute Zahlen?

Wie schaut es eigentlich mit der M100 aus, wie sind die Verkaufszahlen?

Was ist denn nun los? Ich wollte kaufen, da ich überzeugt bin von einem langfrisitg positiven Kursverlauf, habe es jedoch nicht getan, da ich mir erst noch ein paar Infos einholen wollte und heute früh nicht dazu gekommen bin. Nun dachte ich mir, hier einmal nachzufragen und was kommt, ist ein besch...eidener Kommentar von dir.

es macht durchaus Sinn zu kaufen, man muß nur Geduld haben!;-)

Kurzfristig war er da, der frische Wind, aber einige andere haben ihn gleich genutzt, um sich von ihren Papieren zu trennen.

Merkwürdigerweise hat der Kontakt nach der CES Las Vegas aufgehört. Auf Fragen wurde nicht mehr eingegangen und die Mails verliefen danach auch ins Niemannsland.

Hat noch jemand diese Beobachtung gemacht?
Kann ja nur Zufall sein, aber warum ausgerechnet nach der CES? Hat man sich da evtl einen "Maulkorb" verpasst, um keine News nach außen dringen zu lassen, die man evtl sonst ganz unbewusst in Antworten mit einfließen lassen können?

über die Brille aber das wissen wir ja schon können die Barcodes ausgelesen werden.
Eigentlich könnten sämtliche Supermärkte auf den eingebauten Barcode Reader verzichten Kostenersparnis.
In der Lagerhaltung sowieso unendlich anwendbar.
Mitarbeiter Schulung und Einführung über die Brille /Barcodes Spezifikationen etc etc.....
Windows bietet bezahlen über Handy an wer braucht dies, wenn man bestellen und bezahlen navigieren fotografieren kommunizieren über die Brille erledigen kann.
