Net profit of the Bank by the results of the year 2005 has nearly tripled, compared to the year 2004, and totaled RUR 925 ml. By the beginning of 2006, the capital of Bank “Vozrozhdeniye” exceeded the mark of RUR 4.2 billion. Over the last year net assets grew by 60% and overtopped the amount of RUR 50 billion.
Bank “Vozrozhdeniye” is among top twenty banks by volume of corporate loan portfolio. Its amount grew nearly by 30% and by January 1st 2006 totaled over RUR 29 billion.
Bank “Vozrozhdeniye” continues to be among top ten Russian banks by volume of retail borrowed funds. Over the year 2005 the volume of retail deposits increased by 65% and exceeded the mark of RUR 24 billion taking into account retail card accounts. In 2005 the Bank issued over 218,000 bankcards, and their number has overtopped 700,000.
In 2005 Bank “Vozrozhdeniye” entered the number of leaders by growth rates of retail loan products. The Bank is efficiently developing the loan programs being in demand on the market, such as mortgages, car loans and card based loan products. Throughout the year 2005, the Bank’s retail loan portfolio has tripled.
Mortgage programs are among the priorities of development of the Bank "Vozrozhdeniye"’s retail business. Over the year 2005 the Bank signed a number of agreements with the active players on the market and entered the number of leading operators of the government program AIZHK. By the beginning of 2006, the volume of the Bank’s issued mortgage loans totaled RUR 1.35 billion.
In 2005, the Bank was efficiently developing its network of sale offices and ATMs. Throughout the passed year, 18 new Bank’s offices and the representative office in Kaluga-city were opened. At the moment, the Bank "Vozrozhdeniye"’s regional network comprises 138 offices in 19 regions of Russia. In 2005, 87 new ATMs were implemented and connected to the Bank’s own processing centre. Overall at present, the network of automated sale offices of Bank "Vozrozhdeniye" comprises 401 ATM.
