Hierher kommen also die 60 Mio, von denen SD (sharedeals) sprechen. Das entspricht in etwa der Marktkapitalisierung (178 Mio Shares, s. Geschäftsbericht Seite 6) * Kurs von 0,4.
Weiter unten im Bericht ist auch von den 300 Mio. an Payments die Rede. Was mich bei den ganzen Zahlen nur wundert ist die Ausdrucksweise "AMAG shall pay" und die Auslassungen […***…]. Was soll das? Kann man nicht klare Fakten schaffen. Ist das jetzt der Bericht über einen Lizenzvertrag oder nur über einen Entwurf???
Bei Sharedeals muss man vorsichtig sein. Beispiele: TRACKX holdings, OngoGenex, Silver One Resources, ROK Stars. Schon einige Tips, bei denen nach Sharedeals-Beschreibung der Tenbagger unausweichlich schien, haben sich als totaler Griff ins Klo herausgestellt.
