Wahrscheinlich der Initiator dieses Spiels .Er besitzt 15 % Rtg Anteile und durch seinen Hedge Fond wahrscheinlich noch viel mehr .

Die Position  "Eda Minerals Limited 69,744,640 17.39 %" sollte den Landowner übertragen werden.
Gibt es Infos dazu?

Bougainville Copper Limited has not relented in the face of the recent shut out by the Momis government through the reimposition of the Moratorium on mining in Bougainville. The blanket moratorium imposed has effectively put an end to any talks on mining on Bougainville until after the referendum in 2019. This shut out has not, however, deterred the company, which convened a meeting in Buka last Thursday and has developed a strategy to counter the move by the legitimate government of the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.

Bougainville Copper Limited will now employ a more radical and very ambitious strategy that includes the very controversial Panguna New Generation Leaders (PNGL). This group includes former fighters paid to lobby for mining and also act as a security group for the company. This group had a fallout with BCL in the recent past due to payment issues and their handling of affairs on the ground which is more of a force than a legitimate landowner group.

The key strategy for BCL is the facilitation of a rogue pro-mining element that has the ability to intimidate and harass civilians, just as happened recently to the Melanesian group that entered Bougainville in August of 2017.

Coupled with that, the company intends to use Village Liaison Officers (VLOs) who will target mainly the areas within BCL tenements in and around Panguna to foster support from the community level. The VLOs are comprised of individuals who are pro-BCL supporters who will liaise for the company to create support on the ground. This group includes individuals from PNGL and a pro-mining chiefs, women and youth.

Despite having the door shut on the contentious issue of reopening Panguna, Bougainville Copper Limited still intends to find a way in, this time through the window.

übertragen wird?

hatten ABG + PNG je 36.45%.

Da fragt man sich doch, was aus der Ankündigung der Übertragung der BCL shares an die LO geworden ist?

PNG dürfte kein Interesse an der Unabhängigkeit haben. Jede Störung der Verhandlungen zur Mineneröffnung sind Wasser auf die Mühlen von PNG.
Könnte mir gut vorstellen, dass Minimori und jetzt auch Daveona - ohne es vielleicht zu wissen oder zu ahnen - sich vor den PNG-Karren gespannt haben.
Wenn die Unabhängigkeit dann schief läuft - wovon ich momentan ausgehe - wozu soll dann eine Übertragung der Aktien von PNG an die Landeigner - bzw. -ABG sein (die Landeigner hatten zwischenzeitlich auf die zu erwartenden Anteile zugunsten ABG verzichtet) zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt gut sein?
Jetzt muss man mal abwarten, was aus der Unabhängigkeit wird, was danach politisch und sozial passiert und dann erst kann man sich wieder mit der Mine beschäftigen.  

Wieder 1 Million Stück verkauft in der Nacht und Kurs ist mittlerweile zurück auf 0,21 AUD

darum hab ich mir für ein paar tausend euro boc gekauft.totalverlust kann ich mir leisten!
aber ich glaub eher wir sind bald wieder über 0,20.schau'mer mal.

So war es auch letztes Jahr als der Kurs bis auf 11 Cent viel um dann wieder auf 28 cent zu steigen. schönes WE

LOFP, du hast ja grds. Recht mit deiner Aussage, dass man "damals" bei 11 hätte einsteigen können/sollen usw. Aber ganz ehrlich:

Wer aktuell neu in BOC einsteigt oder als "Alt-Aktionär" wie wir es sind hier einen auf "Trading" machen will, der kann aufgrund der Situation vor Ort auch gleich nach Aachen, Hohensyburg, Monaco, Las Vegas oder sonstwo ins Casino gehen und einen Betrag nach Wahl auf Rot oder Schwarz setzen. Ganz ehrlich, m.M, nach sind da die Chancen auf den schnellen (Trading-)Gewinn derzeit besser aus auf "unserer Insel".

aber die möglichkeit des totalverlust ist im casino viel höher!!

Davon ab: die allermeisten hier von uns sitzen doch ohnehin schon auf prozentual schmerzhaften Verlusten. Aber bevor das nachher hier noch ausartet: Glückwunsch an alle, die mit BCL noch im Plus sind!

Ich bin immer froh einen schnellen zugang zu Informationen/Hinweisen  zu bekommen was man damit  macht weiß doch jeder für sich selbst am besten.

In regard to the PNG Mining Act, Able said the Act states that any resources below six feet (about 2m) under the earth belongs to the government, but the ABG has done away with that provision – only for Bougainville.
