Gemeinsam haben wir ein Konzept entwickelt, um die Rohstoffe im Ohmgebirge weiter zu erkunden, umweltschonend zu gewinnen und zu verarbeiten.

Das flächenmäßig sehr große Projektgebiet Mühlhausen-Küllstedt vereint den südlichen Teil des Bergwerkseigentums Mühlhausen-Nohra (Teilgebiet Mühlhausen-Keula) mit dem Erlaubnisfeld Küllstedt.

Die Gesamtfläche von Mühlhausen-Küllstedt beträgt etwa 311 km2. Die kombinierten „Inferred Ressources“ aus diesen beiden Lizenzgebieten übersteigen 2,6 Milliarden Tonnen, was diesen Vorrat nach dem Jansen Kalisalz-Projekt von BHP zur zweitgrößten unerschlossenen Kalilagerstätte weltweit macht.

South Harz continues to compile the full Spatial Planning Application for Ohmgebirge, which remains on track for submission to TLVwA in early Q4 CY2023. Under the regulatory framework, the TLVwA decision on spatial permitting is required within six (6) months of submission of the Spatial Planning Application. Following Spatial Planning approval, and post completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment in Q1 2024, the company may then proceed to submitting a General Operating Permit for build approval.
The permitting process for Ohmgebirge is being led by highly experienced South Harz Regional Director, Dr Babette Winter, in combination with leading environmental consultant, ERM. South Harz Managing Director and CEO, Luis da Silva, commented:

Tangible points:
* Estimates from PFS should come to light in November with full PFS released before Christmas.

* SHP running at ~1% of it's NPV. Expects MC to increase to 200-300m in the next 12-15 months.
* SHP is focussed on de-risking the project to increase its appeal.
* Ohmebirge is the most certain project Luis has been involved with (compared to other projects at this stage) in his career.

Es gibt 0 Erfolge, nur bla bla von non binding MoUs, das Genehmigungsverfahren ist großer lokaler Kritik ausgesetzt.

Vorsicht bei der Aktie, das kann ganz schnell zuende sein.

Nach intensiver Hintergrundarbeit des deutschsprachigen und des englischsprachigen Teams in den vergangenen Monaten, teilen wir die folgenden Entwicklungen mit :

Kapitalerhöhung
Im Rahmen der Platzierung hat South Harz verbindliche Zeichnungen in zwei Tranchen für die Ausgabe von 610,8 Millionen Platzierungsaktien zu einem Ausgabepreis von 0,003 AUD pro Aktie für neues Eigenkapital in Höhe von 1,83 Millionen AUD (vor Kosten) erhalten.

Eine Besonderheit ist dabei die Aktienübernahme durch die K-Utec AG, welche bislang ein Gläubiger unseres Unternehmens war. Sie erhält 152 327 Mio. Aktien, womit die bestehenden Außenstände getilgt werden.
