Turnstone Resources Ltd (ASX: TSR) (Turnstone or the Company) is pleased to advise that, following
shareholder approval received at the General Meeting held on 16 March 2026, the Company has changed its
name from South Harz Potash Ltd to Turnstone Resources Ltd.
The name change has been processed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and
took effect on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) from the commencement of trading on 20 March 2026.
The Company’s ASX ticker code has also changed from SHP to TSR.
The name change reflects the substantial progress made with regards to diversification of the Company’s
portfolio following commitment to a critical minerals growth strategy in mid-2025.
