SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation Announces Updates on Pending Contracts Under Distribution Agreement and Joint Venture With Resource Management TechnologiesHighlighted Links
Corporate WebsiteRALEIGH, NC--(Marketwire - July 28, 2008) - SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SWPC), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products, today announced updates on pending contracts under the company's distribution agreement and joint venture relationship with Resource Management Technologies (RMT), a disabled veteran owned distribution partner located in North Carolina.
Resource Management Technologies informed SolarBrook that it has received a proposed final agreement from RMT's client in the China market and expects to have this agreement finalized and signed in the next two weeks. Following the signing of this agreement, RMT expects to obtain the first purchase order and expects to begin delivery of products in the 4th quarter of 2008. RMT has agreed to source products from SolarBrook for delivery to China.
RMT also informed SolarBrook that it expects the first governmental agreement to be concluded with the Veterans Canteen Service to provide the Ultra Choice line of consumer water filtration products within its Veterans Administration hospital and medical center retail outlets. RMT expects to obtain the first purchase order for the Western VA region within the next 60 days.
Convergent Energy, a joint venture between SolarBrook and RMT, is finalizing its comprehensive proposal for the energy services management of a mid-sized food processing facility in California. Convergent expects to submit the proposal for review by the processing facility management within the next 2 weeks.
