SEAMLESS WI FI NEW, was geht hier ab!

bin in Geographie nicht so gut

Ich habe nur 2 aktien im Depot und jeden wert mit 50% gewichtet!

Mach dir nicht die mühe mit der Cebit,glaube kaum ... ja bin mir zu 95% sicher,dass der x-gen da zu finden sein wird!

Und ich latsche mir mit den restllichen 5% die Hacken im Messegelände ab.Macht nichts.Wenn ich die Pforte verlasse bin ich zu 95% trudel dun.aaaach ist ja meine Welt.Keine Ahnung von dem Computerkrempel,aber herrlich beschwippst.

Also bei meinen beiden companys ist die IR spitze,meist am selben Tag noch Antwort,wenn ich ne mail hinschicke! Vielleicht versuchst du Seamless anzumailen und fragst vorher,ob sie auf der Cebit sein werden ... ?!

wie lange ich Seamless schon habe.Da kann ich nur festsellen solange wie hier über den X-Gen schon gerätselt wurde,ist das Teil doch schon länsgst sowas von veraltet.Auf der Cebit gibt es Neus und derzeitige Hilites.
Aber die Likörchen sind immer wieder ein Schmaus.

Weder "Seamless",noch "S-Xgen" sind auf der Cebit 2008 vertreten! Spar dir das Eintrittsgeld und die Zugfahrt und stocke dafür morgen auf 3,5 Promille auf !!

die muß ja bei mir auf einem Kurs von 120 € steigen damit ich überhaupt meinen Einsatz raus habe.

nächste Woche sieht es schon besser aus.

Can someone double check this... I think I have this correct.

Common Stock: About 9.5M

Pref A:640,000 x 10 so 6.4M

Pref C:2,100,000 x (10 day ave @ $1 worth of common) Thus:

Example 1) Current 10 day average common = $1 ratio is 1:1 so 2,100,000 Pref C shares converts into 2,100,000 common.


Example 2) Current 10 day average common = $.05 ratio is 1:.05 so 2,100,000/.05 or Pref C shares converts into 42,000,000 common.

Does this look about right... It is the best I can figure based on their prior SEC releases...

Thus, At current stock price common shares Could number 57,900,000.

AJC: Yes, that seems right

Of course all of that is based on the O/S reported in the 10Q. The common shares were reported as of just before the R/S, but the two classes of preferred were reported as of 12/31/07. So any subsequent conversions (i.e., the small increase in the common between 12/31 and 2/06) or issuances are not reflected in those balances.

The scary part of all this is the possibility of the Series 'C' stock holders shorting the price down and then converting at a lower price to cover.

It'll be interesting to see if today's pps bump drives increased volume, and whether the price rises as a result.

i go out and short today smwf.ob because al reda is a totally lier.
he said for a month ago that the production line will starts after the chine new years party. now he stated that they will start the productionline by the middle of the year. what a crap.

seamless is out and have no chance in competition imo.

unfortnatly i've get the same opinion about seamless like seattletechguy.

Sogar bis zu 200.000.000 Shares können Al und seine Freunde die hungrigen deutschen Anleger mit wertlosen Aktien bedinen!

Diese Firma ist eine kriminelle Vereinigung.Warum denke ich das? Eine Firma die länger als drei Jahre an der OTC gelistet ist, ist nur eine leere Bude. Al`s Pommesbude ist 9 Jahre an diese Börse gelistet, der astronomisch viele neuen Aktien gedruckt hat und deutsche Anleger bedient! Was noch auf ein Betrug darauf hindeutet? Ewige Messebesuche mit einem uralten Ding (SXGEN), dafür hatte er keine Zulassung bekommen (FCC), ohne Zulassung kein Verkauf bzw. keine Produktion...alles nur gespielt.So was ist bekannt. SMWF ist keine erste und auch keine letzte OTC Bude, die sich mit solchen Tricks bedient.

Wenn diese Firma etwas hätte (Potenzial, Marktchance...), dann wäre sie nicht in diesen Preisregionen.

SMWF ist nur eine Zockerbude,wie viele andere, die Zocker in Internetforen pushen. So eine Börsenmantel ist nur für süchtige Börsenspieler (Daytrader) geeignet.

Die kleinen Anleger sollen ihre Finger aus dem Spiel lassen.

Wurde nach den absurden Split strafversetzt und mit einem Einstiegskurs von 1,-EUR hier rein katapultiert.Doch auf den Chart erkennt man nur einen Höchstkurs von 0,50Euro.Also ich kapiere es nicht.
Wie sind denn Eure "Einstiegskurse"?

27,44 € Denke mal so wie bei den meisten hier.
Der Durchschnittliche Einstiegsmarke ist ca.23,00 €-28,00 €

Nun stellt sich nur noch die Frage,zu welchen Kursen denn jeder abstossen möchte.
