PTS Inc. Retains Phillip Flaherty for Glove Box Marketing Efforts

LAS VEGAS, Mar 30, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
PTS Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH) announced today that they have signed a consulting agreement with Phillip L. Flaherty to assist the company in marketing the Glove Box(TM).
Flaherty was recently COO for Barrick Gaming of Las Vegas, serving from 2002 till 2005, and was CEO for the Desert Inn Casino & Hotel during the 1990s. He will also be assisting and consulting with the PTS Inc. subsidiary DAC regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). His outstanding resume reflects more than 25 years of work within the gaming and hospitality industry.
