Nur nochmal zur Erklärung: Der "Stuss" bezog sich auf dein Posting Nr. 511, weil du da gesagt hast, die letzten Ergebnisse seien nicht so überragend gewesen. Und das war einfach grundlegend falsch. Die letzten Ergebnisse stammen nämlich vom 28.Juni und nicht vom April!! Und diese waren sehr wohl überragend. Nichts für ungut...

Die News bedeuten, dass man Verträge mit 2 Unternehmen abgeschlossen hat, die per Begutachtung aus der Luft magnetische/radiometrische Daten des Gebiets aufnehmen und auswerten. Damit sollen ganz einfach die Stellen gefunden werden, die am besten für die anschliessenden Bohrungen geeignet sind.

Plexmar Resources Inc.: Granting of Stock Options

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - July 6, 2006) - Plexmar Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PLE) wishes to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 2,000,000 incentive stock options to directors, key employees, consultants and Paradox Public Relations. Each option entitles its holder to purchase one common share of the Company for a period of five years from July 6, 2006 at an exercise price of $0.51 per share. These options are subject to a hold period of four months from today's date, as required by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") and in accordance with securities laws.

Also, the Company wishes to announce that it is pursuing its relationship with Paradox Public Relations and is extending its contract to June 1st, 2007. Paradox has been awarded 400,000 incentive stock options at $0.51 for a period of 12 months.

This grant is subject to regulatory approvals, and is made pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan.

Also, the Company announces that the Fonds de Solidarite des travailleurs du Quebec (FTQ Fund) has decided to convert its $150,000 debenture into shares at $0.20 per share according to the agreement signed on June 13th, 2003. A certificate representing 750,000 shares will be issued to the FTQ Fund.

warum der Kurs zurückgeht? Und wie es weitergeht in naher und ferner Zukunft?

darüber, daß einfach nix kommt (kurstechnisch) nach diesen sehr guten Probebohrungen. So ist es z.B. bei mir, bin gestern bei 32 raus, habe einfach keinen Bock mehr zu warten. Bei allen Explorern immer nur warten warten warten, das nervt.....

Es gibt doch noch gar keine Bohrungen....die vorliegenden Ergebnisse sind allesamt von Oberflächenproben.
Momentan ist man dabei, die besten Stellen für Bohrungen zu lokalisieren. Das sollungefähr 4 Wochen dauern. Danach wird gebohrt!!

Hier muss man Geduld haben!!

vorliege, eignet sich plexmar hervorragend für kurze zocks, um nicht aus der übung zu kommen: bei 0,26 rein, bei 0,35 raus. klappt prima.

bei 25 rein, bei 33 und 32 mit Teilverkäufen wieder raus! Aber mir geht es so: da lagen die Proben (ok, von der Oberfläche) vor, aber so richtig explodieren will hier nix. Und verdammter Dreck, in allen möglichen Explorern sollen bald, ganz bald oder ganz ganz bald irgendwelche hypertollen ergebnisse kommen. Nur es kommt nix, nirgends (de beira, nfx, southern silver, plexmar und was weiß ich wo noch). Überall nur: Es werden tolle Ergebnisse erwartet. Es reicht, es steht mir bis Oberkante Unterlippe und da bin ich nicht allein.... Also raus aus allem was noch nicht ganz im Keller ist.

Plexmar Resources Inc.: $2.1M Private Placement

SAINTE-FOY, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - July 14, 2006) - Plexmar Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PLE), announces that a non-brokered $2.1M private placement will close shortly. A total of 6M units priced at $0.35 per share plus 1 share purchase warrant at $0.41, valid for a period of 24 months will be issued.
Guy Bedard, president says: "This new financing allows the Company flexibility to execute a major diamond drill program on Bolsa del Diablo, complete the due diligence on the properties in Ecuador and complete a transaction, if warranted. The working capital now stands at over $2.5M, exercise of the warrants in circulation will bring in another $1M. After closing, the Company will have over $4.6M in the treasury."

The Company may pay finders fees in connection with this private placement in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Offering is subject to the final approval of TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in this placement are subject to a four (4) month hold period from the date of issuance.

The net proceeds will be used primarily for exploration work on the Corporation's Peruvian properties, Ecuadorian project and for working capital purposes

da hat jemand 10.000 gekauft heute. Kann es sein, ds da einer mehr weiß??
Ich bin davon überzeugt, das wir bald höhere Kurse sehen werden - wer noch?

Wann können wir mal wieder mit News rechnen?
Bis wann kann man damit rechnen, daß das  auf und ab aufhört?
Keine klare tendenz erkennbar.

@MaOb: 10000 STück bzw. ca 3000€ sind mit Sicherheit nicht viel...eigentlich so gut wie gar nichts. Die heutigen 52000 gehandelten Stücke in Dtld. lassen sich da schon eher sehen. Das ist aber gar nichts gegen Kanada, wo heute mal wieder weit über 2 Mio Aktien gehandelt wurden. Kanada ist die Heimatbörse von Ple und dort wird -Gott sei Dank-der Kurs gemacht. Seit Juli sind dort 58!! Mio Aktien für 0.46 kanad. Cent gehandelt worden!!! 58Mio!!!

@KarlDack: Es heisst, die geo-phys. Untersuchungen sollen spätestens in der ersten August-Woche beendet sein. Das heisst News dazu spätestens nächste Woche. Was aber noch viel interessanter ist...es heisst auch, dass PLe mit 2 ganz grossen aus der Goldbranche bereits Verhandlungen führt. Wie und was ist nicht bekannt, aber das bedeutet, dass Ple auch bei den grossen für viel Aufmerksamkeit sorgt!!!  

sorry, meinte natürlich 0.46 kanadische Dollar. Das entspricht ca. 31 EuroCent.

Verfolge Plexmar schon einige Zeit. Hat einen beeindruckenden Chart und mein Bauchgefühl rät mir zu einem Einstieg.

Guy Bedard, president says: "We are delighted to have been awarded the Decree in record time. This is another milestone for the project; Plexmar is now the only foreign Company in the Bolsa del Diablo sector to have full legal rights to operate. The process was started in February 2005 and was recently completed. Only a few similar Decrees have ever been awarded to foreign Companies in the past ten years."

Ground geophysics is progressing well and should be completed along with the airborne geophysics near the end of this month. Assay results are pending from the lab and are expected shortly, patience is needed as labs are extremely busy this time of the year.

In Ecuador, the due diligence is progressing well on the 900km(2) property. Geologists have visited key areas of the property and a legal team is revising the titles status. Shareholders will be informed of the results as soon as they become available.

Also, the Company has signed a contract with a local prospector to purchase 100% of the mining rights of 3 different concession blocks covering over 7,000 hectares (70 km2) located near the Bolsa del Diablo project. On block No.1, local miners who are mining high grade zinc, silver and gold ores, which is being shipped directly to Asia for process. On block No.2, the concessions surround properties already owned by our subsidiary near Sapillica. Approximately 100 informal miners are pulling out gold on a daily basis. Block No.3 is directly in line with the structural corridor of Bolsa del Diablo and is adjacent to 2 small underground mines being developed by local mining companies. Plexmar will issue a total of 2,000,000 shares to the owner and a cash payment of $50,000US.
