                         Pine Tech <8013.HK> on Ingram Micro reseller list

                         HONG KONG, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Pine Technology Holdings Ltd on
                         Wednesday announced an alliance with Ingram Micro inc , allowing Pine
                         to be listed on Ingram Micro's database reseller list. Under the agreement,
                         Pine's MP3 players would be listed on Ingrame Micro database's reseller list, representing a business-to-business
                         relationship, the company said in a statement.

                         Pine is mainly engaged in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of computer related products such
                         as modems and portable MP3 music file players.
