die Aktie steht bei 0.08/0.09cents und hat sehr geringes Handelsvolumen.
Anscheinend wird die Aktie nach unten gehandelt.

Equity-1 Ltd wish to inform the market as to the status of it's take
over bid of 51% of the Issued Capital of Admiralty Resources NL at an
offer price of 6.7 cents a share (the bid).

Under the terms of the bid, the offer relating to the ordinary shares
in the company closes at 5pm Sydney time on Friday 28th June 2002.

The acceptance and the shareholding of Equity-1 Resources Ltd stood
at 41.85% of the as Issued Capital of Admiralty Resources NL as at
27th June 2002.

As previously stated the offer closes at 5pm Sydney time on Friday
28th June 2002. Equity-1 will inform the market on Monday as to the
status of the bid.
