es eine unverbindliche Absichtserklärung ist ? Hier wird das Risiko auf beiden Seiten
minimiert bis sich eine konkrete Sachlage ergibt. Auf alle fälle werden hier neue Kunden generiert.

The Company is currently engaged in active discussions with additional international Telcos in Asia,
Europe and the Americas on further World Phone distribution agreements...

Another P&D today on an announcement which didn't really tell us much other than what we already knew.

Not surprising, those diligent enough to read & understand the current financials whilst trying to understand the potential value of this company (i.e. now and in the foreseeable future) would realise that there is a massive disconnect between current revenue growth (STILL less than $500,000 generated in 8 months) and an increase in financial losses (almost $10 million last half).

Even if revenue were to double or triple in the next 4 months, then that still constitutes a disaster for investors IMHO. Why? Because the numbers STILL don't add up.

So where does this leave investors?

In the short term, straight down the garden path of another CR unfortunately.

Neatly spaced (approximately 5 months apart), if history is any guide the next one is due.....wait for it...NEXT MONTH.

8c? lol although I genuinely do feel for those believers that thought that the offering was cheap back in November, now they are almost 40% down on their investment if they continued to hold.

So let's half that and I'd suggest that we're somewhere in the ballpark for the next CR.

After that, the pigs will probably need to revisit the trough again later in the year until shareholders are eventually diluted to kingdom come. Why? Because revenue growth just isn't anywhere near fast enough to balance the books in the foreseeable future.

der Kurs kann nicht steigen.... 1 Stunde länger in AUS und die News wäre wieder rot geendet....

Eigentlich das perfekte Zeichen zu kaufen.   Der Kursverlauf nach so einem Mega Hype ist normal.  Kann man auch gut mit endor vergleichen.  Geduld zahlt sich aus.  Und wie schonmal gesagt sind die Einnahmen nicht relevant zu diesem Zeitpunkt.  Sondern eine Marke zu werden.  

Da stellt sich die Frage...wann ist der nächste Trading Halt wegen den Ergebnissen daraus?

nachdem heutigen iOS Update für World phone stürzt die App bei Klick auf Einstellungen ab. kann das jemand bestätigen?

My brother who lives in the USA called me earlier today on my mobile using Skype. I initially didn't  know who was calling because it came through as Unknown caller id. We spoke for about 20 minutes and then the call dropped out. So I decided to call him back on his USA  mobile using world phone. 

He told me I came up as me when he answered (i.e world phone must send caller id). Call quality was high and we spoke for another 45 minutes. Cost in world credit was extremely cheap. 

For me this experience reinforced the quality of the product and this could be a real winner if it can gain further traction and awareness in the market place.

It cost $1.38 for 42 minutes. Not bad. 

I was still using up previous "minutes based" bonus credit (pre world credit) when I started the call so it didn't give me the call cost beforehand, however when you call you can see you total credit gradually reducing by the cent as the call proceeds and the app gives you the option to purchase more while you are calling - you can buy more mid call without interrupting your call. Not that I really needed to because the cost was pretty minimal.

Wenn bei uns die Reisezeit beginnt ist World Phone sicher ebenfalls als interessant.
Vorallem, wenn auch bei Android free WP2WP kommt!
