Die durch den Staat geschaffene Vergünstigungen in Form von Steuererleichterungen und Ausbau der Infrastruktur sind toll, dienen aber und das muss man aber auch real sehen, dem UN an dem der Staat ein Interesse hat und das ist halt mal LEAB. NL ist zwar auch als Steuereinnahmequelle und zur Verbesserung der Wirtschaft in dieser Region wünschenswert, aber halt auch nicht der wichtigste Punkt. NL muss sich selbst durchkämpfen und sich beweisen. Hoffen wir das es klappt.

Northland Primary Listed on the Oslo Børs

Luxemburg, March 18, 2013 – Northland Resources S.A. (OSE: NAUR, Frankfurt: NPK, First North/Nasdaq: NAURo – together with its subsidiaries, "Northland" or "the Company") announces that the Company"s common shares as of today are primary listed on the Oslo Børs in Norway.

"Northland has a strong European investment base and the Oslo Børs (the "OSE") is the obvious choice for a number of reasons," said Anders Hvide, Executive Chairman of Northland Resources. "We have had a dual listing since October 2006, and we are very pleased with the overall development of trading activity in Oslo."

Northland"s common shares will continue to trade under the ticker NAUR and ISIN LU0488722801. The Company"s bonds are traded under the tickers NORES01 (ISIN NO 001 063613.7) and NORES02 (ISIN NO 001 063619.4)

Following by the Toronto Stock Exchange decision to delist Northland on March 15, 2013, shareholders who would like to convert and transfer the Company"s common shares to the OSE should contact their bank or broker. In summary, such a conversion process requires that the broker or nominee has access to a Norwegian securities deposit account which is connected to the Norwegian clearing and settlement system.

Guten Morgen erstmal an alle, mal schauen wie die Woche wird und wenn es diese Woche neue News gibt, nur dann steigt der Kurs, sonst können wir uns auf eine langweilig woche einstellen ohne News (sio wie letzte Woche). Und dann wird der Kur zwischen 0,1 und 0,115 sich bewegen. Bestes bespiel war  der Freitag letzte Woche.

Die Meldung kommt durch das delisting in Toronto zustande. Hat mit den Handelsplätzen in Deutschland nichts zu tun.

Soll vorrangig zum Ausdruck bringen, das sie statt wie bisher ein Dual Listing ab sofort nur noch Oslo als Hauptbörse sehen. Das hat keinerlei auswirkungen auf die anderen Börsenplätze an denen NL wohl wie bisher auch weiterhin handelbar sein wird (FRA, Muc, STT usw.) Für Nl ist jedoch nur das Listing in Oslo relevant und nur das soll als primary geführt werden. Kein "zweites primary" in Kanada mehr.

Bin ich eigentlich gar nicht böse drum - die TSX ist die klassische "Gruschbörse" für allerlei Explorer und Möchtegernproduzenten. Wenn NL dort nicht mehr gelistet ist, reduziert das die Aufmerksamkeit von Interessenten, die eh nur an kurzfristigen Zocks teilhaben möchten. Damit wohl wenige Ausschläge, zwar sowohl nach oben wie nach unten, aber dafür eher die Chance auf nachhaltiges Wachstum, sollte es mit der Finanzierung wie erhofft positiv für die Aktionäre über die Bühne gehen.

Extrem dünner Handel , leichtes Plus momentan

So langsam sollten die Aktionäre auch mal über Toronto hinwegkommen...

... war ja nur eine Info. Die Zusammenhänge sollten wohl allen bekannt sein ...

Hätte ich pers. für heute nicht erwartet. Hatte insgeheim eher damit gerechnet, im Laufe des Tages nochmals zu 10,5 Cent zum Zuge zu kommen und damit meinen DEK auf unter 12 Cent verbilligen zu können! 

Also in meinen Augen sehe ich da irgend wie noch einen finalen "Angriff" die TAge auf das Bid und danach werde ich dann auch voll investieren. Die jetzige Position halte ich.

Also wenn ich richtig sehe hat sich der Kurs in Frankfurt seid 9.27 Uhr nicht mehr verändert!! oder sehe ich es falsch!!!

In Oslo schiebt man sich die shares zwischen 84 und 85 NOK hin und her, naja ist zumindest etwas höher als der Freitagskurs. @ Akteinflüsterin - sofern in 3 oder 4 Wochen die Finanzierung stehen sollte, dann werden es die "großen Jungs" schon vor uns wissen und versuchen nochmal den Kurs zu drücken, um billig einzusammeln., ich glaube jedoch nicht, dass wir bis dahin nochmal deutlich unter die 10 cent fallen - ist ntrl nur meine Meinung -           abwarten und Tee trinken

zur Erinnerung, NL kalkuliert im Geschäftsplan für 2014 mit einem Preis von $ 130 / Tonne.

Luxemburg, March 18, 2013 - Northland Resources S.A. (OSE: NAUR,
Frankfurt: NPK, First North/Nasdaq: NAURo - together with its
subsidiaries, "Northland" or "the Company") announces that the Company
permanent storage building in Narvik is completed and operational. The
building can store up to 210,000 tonnes of iron ore concentrate and is a
vital part in the efficient loading of the Company's product.

The work to complete Northlands new terminal at Fagernes in Narvik,
Norway, is progressing according to plan. The work includes a jetty,
buildings for unloading and storage, as well as new rail way tracks and
a shiploader. The Fagernes Terminal is expected to be completed in the
third quarter of 2013. During the interim period a temporary solution
will be in place for the self-loading of Supramax vessels, in the range
of 45-60,000 tonnes.

"The first ship left Narvik on February 25, 2013. The loading went well,
although the very limited storage capacity extended loading to a
fortnight," said Willy Sundling, Project Manager - Logistics at
Northland. "The new storage building will shorten the time for loading
to three days, thus reducing freight costs."

"Peab NUF, Sandvik and all subcontractors are doing a great job in
getting the terminal operational according to the original plan. The
next important milestone is the unloading facilities which we expect to
have operational in July 2013. This will allow us to use our specially
designed rail cars and increase the transportation capacity to Narvik
substantially. And when the shiploader is mounted in August, the
terminal will be ready for full production and able to load Capesize
vessels with up to 180,000 tonnes in three to four days in port."
