There is a lawsuit against YA and if you read the entire document and do a little DD you will see that YA will be buying back the diluted shares to cover their a$$ and make sure they do not get hit with another class action where the money gained from diluting NEOM shows up on their financials. What does this mean for NEOM shareholders? A BUY BACK! MERQ and VFIN have been mm's used by YA to obtain shares, makes since that they are trying their best to keep it at these levels so that they can buy back low and help themselves out! Now, do what you want but I purchased 6 millions shares at 0014 and 0015. YA holds hundreds of millions of shares that they had diluted and must somehow purchase them back in order to not have another class action filed. This means a shot in the arm for this stock and a SKY ROCKETING PPS!!!! Read the documents yourself and look at other similar situations I am interested to see what everyone thinks!
