Clear Skies Solar Responds To Rapidly Expanding Market

Clear Skies Solar has announced the formation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, called Clear Skies Financial Inc., to fund the Power Purchase Agreement or PPA of smaller high volume projects the Company has pending in its pipeline of business.
Specifically, the Company formed Clear Skies Financial Inc. to reduce the processing time required to fund these projects, and to provide immediate access to secure financing, thereby avoiding the need to invest time and resources pursuing certain existing residential financial packages that can be "questionable" or present challenges to obtain.
Clear Skies Solar anticipates funding of an initial $5.0 million in financing pursuant to the terms of the LOI which will only require approval of the credit criteria of each transaction.
This initial investment represents the funding for approximately 200 residential properties or one megawatt which will fuel the Power Purchase Agreement under which this program was developed. This transaction does not require CSS to issue any equity based securities.
Beginning immediately, this new financing program under Clear Skies Financial will be available to clients in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Given the rapid expansion in the residential and small commercial markets, the Company also expects to duplicate this model in several additional key states in the coming months.

Haynes and Boone New York Helps Long Island Renewable Energy Company Clear Skies Group Prepare for Solar Energy Construction Needs
Haynes and Boone, LLP announced completion of a series of transactions for Long Island-based Clear Skies Solar, Inc. (CSKH.OB), a leading solar energy construction firm. Clear Skies completed a $7.2 million private placement (PIPE) of common stock assisted by Haynes and Boone New York attorneys.

“Haynes and Boone attorneys helped us navigate the complex transaction necessary for us to continue to expand our business and establish our presence in the international solar energy market,” said Ezra Green, Clear Skies chairman and chief executive officer. “The transaction enables us to broaden our investor base and create a public market for our stock, as well as enhance our visibility in the rapidly expanding solar sector.” Clear Skies recently announced it had entered a contract for construction of a 1 MW solar park in the Mojave Desert of California.
“We selected Haynes and Boone New York for their familiarity with the needs of companies in the alternative energy sector and recognized experience in company-side representation of finance transactions,” Mr. Green said.
New York partner Harvey Kesner, who heads the Haynes and Boone New York Business and Securities Regulation group, and has represented numerous alternative energy clients said, “Small clean technology companies are having their day among smart-set investors. We have seen a rapid expansion in interest in these companies which make ideal candidates for the newly evolving financing instruments and transactions sweeping the small- and mid-cap market."

das sich hier nichts bewegt.seit tagen steht der laden hier still.gut das ich nicht drin bin.
Seit doch nicht immer alle so negativ, der Laden läuft schliesslich weiterhin und es gibt genügend Aufträge. Nur das Vertrauen der Anleger ist ziemich im Eimer.
In knapp 8 Wochen kommen die nächsten Quartalszahlen, dann wissen wir mehr.

hier noch zu suchen hast. Deinen Senf den Du hier dazu gibst solltest Du lieber auf ein
heisses Würstchen schmieren.
