Ich denke eher, das es keine fundamentalen Änderungen gibt, die für die zurückliegenden Marktaktivitäten verantwortlich sind.  

Dann zurück auf Los oder Null!
Wo bleiben denn die super News?

Was ist mit dem PP?

Bei der Bude ist doch etwas Oberfaul!
Für mich sieht es immer mehr nach einem Mega Schwindel aus.
Schon vor einem Jahr wurde hier von 43-101 gesprochen.
Die Aussage kam von Kern.
Auch der angebliche Verkauf von Hercules.

geht 2018 nichts mehr!
Bis zum nächsten Zock, ein Jahr warten.

Habe ich bereits mehrmals darauf hingewiesen. Auf WO hat man mich deshalb sogar weg-kritisiert...und dabei kann man daraus so einiges entnehmen...LOL.

Letzter per 30.November 2017...sieht noch immer nicht gut aus. Oder anders: Sieht immer schlechter aus.

Noch immer kaum Cash, Umsatz eh nicht. Ein paar neue Shares gedruckt. Auf den Claims wurde scheinbar nur Däumchen gedreht, wenn man sich so die Expenditures anschaut. :-(

Und damit natürlich noch immer "material uncertainties":

NEVADA, USA PROPERTIES

New Pass - The property consists of a 50% interest in certain unpatented mining claims located in Churchill County, Nevada.- The Company has estimated a rehabilitation obligation of $23,000 (August 31, 2017 - $25,000) related to this property. During fiscal 2016, the Company impaired the property to a nominal value as there are currently no future plans for exploration.

Squaw Creek - The property consists of a 50% interest in certain unpatented mining claims located in Elko County, Nevada.

Hercules Project – The Company entered into an earn-in agreement on September 20, 2011 to obtain up to a 70% interest in a lease of unpatented mining claims located in Lyon County, Nevada....The Company is currently in negotiations to amend the cash payments and exploration expenditure requirements.

Bonnie Claire Lithium Project- In December 2015, the Company entered into a property option agreement with a related party to acquire a 100% interest in certain lithium claims located in Nye County, Nevada...The Company has estimated a rehabilitation obligation of $11,361 (August 31, 2017 - $12,565) related to this property

Smith Creek Lithium Project - In October 2016, the Company entered into an option agreement with a company related by virtue of a common director to acquire a 100% interest in certain mining claims in Nevada....The Company is currently in default, however, the optionor has filed no notice of default and the Company is in the process of renegotiating the terms of the agreement.

Hallo tbhomy, ich weiss jetzt was Du meinst. Habe im WO Forum liesse Kritik anklingen lassen. Der Kurs spricht ja seine eigene Sprache. Wurde gnadenlos niedergeknüppelt und als dumm hingestellt, das ich wage, diese tolle Company zu kritisieren. Bin froh, das ich vor dem Totalverlust einigermaßen aussteigen konnte. Würde bei 3 Cent wieder einsteigen, aber nur zum zocken.

"The Company clarified that its Smith Creek and Hercules projects have not met payment and expenditure requirements but that the Company is in the process of finalizing renegotiations to extend the payment and expenditure requirement’s due dates. The optionor in both projects has agreed that the contracts are still in good standing during the renegotiations."
