NASDAQ Changes Status Of I2 Technologies
WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- The Nasdaq Stock Market said the trading halt status on I2 Technologies Inc. (ITWO) was changed to "additional information requested" from the company.
Trading in the company's stock has been halted since 8:14 a.m. EST for news dissemination at a last sale price of 79 cents.
In a press release Monday, Nasdaq said trading will remain halted until I2 Technologies has fully satisfied Nasdaq's request for additional information.
An I2 Technologies spokewoman said the company is currently in the process of working with Nasdaq, but declined to speculate when the company would complete Nasdaq's request.
As reported earlier Monday, I2 Technologies, which already decided to re-audit its 2000 and 2001 results, expanded the re-audit to encompass 1999 figures. The company also said it is now the subject of a formal investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
I2 said the re-auditing will lead to a delay in its 2002 Form 10-K filing, which in turn likely will result in a delisting of the company's stock from the Nasdaq National Market.
