In his article for Wallstreetcorner.com, Larry Oakley reported on Raven Moon's recent offer to the Walt Disney Company. On 2/27/2004, Raven Moon announced it made an offer to the Walt Disney Company to work with Raven Moon's creative team to provide more quality programming for children.

In a 2/23/2004 letter to Disney President Michael Eisner with copies to Disney board members Robert A. Iger (President of ABC Television), and George J. Mitchell (former senator) with a copy going to Merrill Osmond (Eisner is on the Osmond Foundation Board), CEO Joey DiFrancesco offered Eisner his support and the creative talents of the animators of Raven Animation Inc.

Recently Raven Animation, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon, began interviewing displaced Disney animators who were let go when Disney closed its animation facility in Orlando. Raven Moon hired David Murray as lead animator/writer. He is working on the new "Mr. Bicycle Man" feature film and television series.

In his offer to Eisner, DiFrancesco wrote: "Raven Moon's production costs are minimal, and yet the production quality is not sacrificed. Located in Orlando, we have the ability to acquire the same talented animators that you have successfully trained. This means making a deal with Raven Moon would mean that you would be getting the same 'Disney' quality that you're accustomed to. erstens habe ich noch gar keine stücke gekauft, wenn ich sie kaufen würde dann sicherlich nicht an einem deutschen handelsplatz... wie du ja gesagt hast keine umsätze deswegen immer an der heimatbörse ordern -> siehe umsätze...

zweitens wollte ich nur ein paar leuten über diese aktie infos zukommen lassen - lob sie diese dann kaufen oder nicht liegt nicht bei mir...

Parkettgeflüster: Run auf Raven Moon
(Börse Berlin-Bremen) Ein Übermaß an schlechten Nachrichten verdunkelte weltweit den Himmel über den internationalen Börsen. Besonders betroffen waren die asiatischen Märkte. In Indien kam es nach der Bestätigung der Wahlergebnisse laut Experten zum bislang größten Börsencrash Indiens. Der Sensex-Index rutschte wenige Minuten nach der Eröffnung um elf Prozent nach unten. Die Aufsichtsbehörde ordnete deshalb einen Handelsstopp von einer Stunde an. Nach der Wiederaufnahme des Handels fiel der Index um weitere fünf Prozent, was zu einer nochmaligen Aussetzung führte. Grund für die Panik auf dem indischen Börsenparkett ist die Angst der Anleger vor einer grundlegenden Umkehrung der Wirtschaftspolitik sowie eine mögliche Beteiligung der Kommunisten unter der Regierung von Sonia Gandhi.

In Berlin waren insbesondere die Aktien der State Bank of India (WKN 903 136) von den Ereignissen an der indischen Börse betroffen: Die Aktie brach 26,9 Prozent ein. Wie das Unternehmen mitteilte, werden aber statt der geplanten 8,3 Millionen nur noch rund 8 Millionen Aktien ausgegeben. Grund hierfür sei, dass die Manager des Unternehmens aufgrund der niedrigen Bewertung der Aktien weniger Papiere abgeben wollten als geplant, so die "Financial Times Deutschland". Die Aktien werden zwischen 41 und 50 Euro angeboten.

Trotz der schlechten Nachrichten gab es in Berlin einige Unternehmen, die die Wolkendecke durchbrachen. So verzeichneten die Aktien der Raven Moon International (WKN 129 536) einen Kursgewinn von 32,1 Prozent. Das Unternehmen konzipiert Fernsehsendungen für Kinder, die es selbst umsetzt und vermarktet. Zudem will man an Merchandising-Produkten verdienen. Das Unternehmen hatte bereits vergangene Woche Kursgewinne verbucht.

The "Gina D's Kids Club" Television Show has inspired fourteen products of which Club House Videos has the exclusive rights; "Gina D's Kids Club" Volume 1, ("Join The Club"), "Gina D's Kids Club" Volume 2, ("Good News"), "Gina D's Kids Club" Volume 3, ("Smile-A-bility"), the "Gina D's Kids Club" Three Episode DVD, "Gina D's Cuddle Bug Christmas" VHS and DVD, the "Gina D's Kids Club" Music CD Volume 1 & 2, the "Young America" Limited Edition CD single, "Gina D's Dance Party Music CD", the "Sing A Long With Gina" VHS and DVD, "Cuddle Bug" plush toy, and the "Christmas Cuddle Bug".

As part of the new agreement Club House had the right to acquire new "Gina D's Kids Club" videos, DVDs, and CDs for $300,000 per Video/DVD and $100,000 for each "Gina D's Kids Club" Music CD plus 25% of gross revenues to be paid to Raven Moon Entertainment.

mitlerweile hat man fast jeden in verdacht, der gewinnt, ob zu recht oder zu unrecht.

chancengleichheit sollte wieder hergestellt werden. dadurch,dass überall mit gleichen mitteln und mit aller konsequenz kontrolliertr wird.

aber dagegen haben die usa und deren sponsoren etwas und wenn die ihre gelder abzögen, würde olmpia nicht mehr existieren bzw. sehr schnell als randsportart hinvegetieren.


zur aktie: ich finde die sehr vielversprechend auf zeitraum 6-18 monate.und du?

der "potenzielle" Kundenkreis (die Kinder) ist immer vielversprechend.
Schaun mer mal was dabei rum kommt.

Das da aber ein Familienclan die Drähte in der Hand hält und alles natürlich auch (in erster Linie)zum eigenen Wohl führt macht mich immer misstrauisch.

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB:RVNM.OB - News) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Raven Animation led by former Disney animator David Murray has helped the new 'Mr. Bicycle Man' PSA win a 2004 Gold Aurora Award.
The new 'Mr. Bicycle Man' character and song were created by Emmy Award winning Executive Producers Joey & Bernadette DiFrancesco who licensed it to Raven Moon for ten years. The soundtrack was recorded by Gina D of 'Gina D's Kids Club' and sends a powerful message to children ``Watch out for Danger, And Don't Talk to Strangers.''

The PSA was produced to benefit the Children's Rights Foundation, a 501-c-3 non-profit organization (see www.crfi.org ). It is the first animated project to be completed by former Disney animators who now make up the Raven Animation team under the direction of Director Mike Gibilisco. Former recipients of the Aurora Award included: Disney, HBO and The History Channel.
