Buy.com (BUYX: news, msgs) shares declined 4 7/16, or 21 percent, to 16 15/16. The online retailer's Web site was hit by cyber miscreants just as the company went public Tuesday. Despite the attack, Buy.com's stock rallied to 40 on its debut, more than triple its $13 offering price.
