Among some of the significant business developments taking place at Xelleon PLC over the past month, Xelleon President Dale Scott Marion has announced Xelleon PLC has added some new officers and directors to the company.
Toronto (I-Newswire) April 25, 2012 - In a decision approved by the board of directors of Xelleon Plc Dale Scott Marion, President who is also the creator and lead developer of all of the systems and technologies currently being managed or developed by Xelleon will take on the secondary position of Chief Technology Officer. The company is presently searching for a new President, CEO to allow Mr. Marion to concentrate on managing and developing the company’s valuable technology assets.
Xelleon has added Craig Hanson Chief Development Officer and Director to its management team. Jonathan Shack Chief Expansion Officer has been appointed as a Director. Brian Rutkowski has changed roles and will assume the position of Chief Research Officer and has also become a Director. Cross Legion who is currently the Acting Vice President will remain in his current role.
The positions come with shares, bonuses and other compensation from revenues the management team creates for Xelleon. A Profit sharing plan for all employees will be added as the company expands.
“Our Chief Development officer will provide valuable input into new developments our company is making, to increase productivity and focus the company’s time on the most important tasks, features and upgrades. The Chief Research Officer will provide vital foresight into the markets and verticals our new products and developments will be entering into. This will help focus planning and budgeting on vital essentials that will target maximum profitability and user satisfaction.” said Xelleon President Dale Scott Marion.
“We're looking to augment the company’s management team and fill the our board of directors with talented competent people who have a background in information technology, security, marketing and business.” said Marion, “We expect that Xelleon will be moving forward on many fronts and we require the correct team in place as we grow, we're currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer and an Isle Of Man Law Firm to begin work on financial developments.”
The company also stated it is working on a key-management contingency plan to help assure investors the company will be around for a very long time.
